Hi, what do I do if it's the hardware? I'm not sure but when I try to quit the battery while my pc is on and then I put it again, windows blocks my computer and it turns off automatically
The BIOS successfully downloaded but not able to install bcz of 0% battery.... At least 10%battery is required for installation....... Please help me in this regard....
I guess i commented this when my old pc stopped working. I plugged it into a charger and it never charged, the screen was always just black. I have a new pc now but i liked the old one better
Mine says plugged in but doesn’t say not charging or charging I followed the steps but a day later when I charged my laptop it did the same thing Please help
if all the steps not fixed issue then hardware damage, check pin in board where battery get connected, also if it's 2 -3 year old battery then battery cell damage might be issue
