i was thinking of replacing cooking oils with cooking spray but also, just spreading the oil with a brush to make a thin layer on the pan works great too. decreases the amount of oil i use by a lot. not getting enough protein is a serious problem for me tho :\
@@AmsNl2BcnEs protein powders are full off chemicals and cause most people issues when digesting. I am one of those people who cannot have protein powders. If you are getting sufficient protein from your diet you do not need to use protein powder supplements.
@@HarryLever Absolutely true if you have enough then you don’t need them, they can be a useful add on those. Surely it depends what type of protein powder and how it’s been made. I think what I am challenging here is the very general sentiment - all protein powders. That’s like saying all anything. Sure there are plenty of people who can’t digest whey and casein well, but that’s true of dairy generally. I don’t think you have a basis to say they are full of chemicals, UK and European products are highly regulated against this and you just have to look at the ingredients list to see.
6:12 don’t drink diet soda - but this is exactly what you recommended in another video (the May one, just 2 months before this one).
Eating healthy fats is essential. Fat burns slowly, keeps energy high and konsistent when fasting. Dont fear healthy fats.
