Update: A firmware update was released that fixed SOCD and Rappy Snappy...you have to go to their website and download the firmware from there. The LUMINKEY HE software will always tell you that the keyboard is running the latest software/firmware version even after pressing "check for updates" and this is why my firmware wasn't updated.
You mean the Madlions (FierceGamingGear, ATK, VXE) MAD 60HE/68HE? They also make the Fire68 and Raven68 which are the same keyboard with different casing and keycaps. I have the Performance one coming in a day or two. The lower models being a steal for value.
You’re the best reviewer for gaming peripherals imo. Great production value, useful insights and your particular brand of old man gamer humor is right up my alley.
When I used the check for update function in the software it says that it's running the latest firmware/software. THE Gary explained to me that this does not work, which is why the keyboard wasn't running the latest firmware.
as someone how also owns the magger68 but as the professinal version i gotta say that the pro jade swiches a miles better the the gatreon pro white swiches. The biggest downside the keyboard has imo is the software which is rather bad.

Regarding the magger, most of the software problems like the SOCD and profiles have been fixed. While watching your video I went to check mine and did have the gateron jade, so wtf happened there with yours

I would also like too see a review on it since I think that it's really good but the sound is medicare tho while the performance is something else of its own
I got a Surmen GS98, i did buy Rad Dragon Rose switches and a white and Grey XDA keycap set, but even all that still makes it cheaper than all these 200$ keyboards that offer nothing of value.
Hi, I don't speak English very well. But I wanted to ask you which keyboard would you recommend and think is better, between the POLAR 65 and the Pulsar PCMK 2 HE TKL?
Honestly, nuphy has become the best he keyboard company in my opinion because the software is really nice, the keyboards are well priced, and the performance and quality is really good
I will never understand the keyboard snobbery but I havent owned one of the keyboards that meets the standards that some people have. The Wooting is the best keyboard ive used since all I care about in my keyboards is the technology
100% My old Razer died and I no longer wanted to be in that ecosystem. Used an old cheap backup until my 80he arrived. It has everything I wanted in a mechanical keyboard and should last a long time (with the best info we have atm). It may not be the 110% best at everything board but its like the 95th% at most things and thats worth the 'premium' price (though the cost savings people are chasing a fairly trivial in the scope of PC component costs).
@TheGreektrojan i just dont understand the perspective of "this keyboard is bad" because the keys wiggle a little bit or dont have the "thock"... all I care about is if it works and so far the Wooting has been the best keyboard between all of the other keyboards ive tried from Razer, Corsair, Logitech, Glorious, etc
You should definitely review the cheapest magnetic keyboards to see if they are good i own the boyi 66 pro it’s pretty decent software well works , Akko keyboard has a HE version that’s also pretty great for its price.
i’m planning on buying a iqunix ez60 what’s the difference between and the ez60/63 and is it better than the wooting now or is the wooting still better? thanks.

Not related really, but i have the same model keyboard that Bill Gross from Bloomberg donated to the Smithsonian. During the 90s, a friend who workee at Nortel gave it to me. I played CS and WoW with it, up until around 2009 Now it sits in my basement
Yh you definetly got a dud , i watched about 50 videos on the magger68 and yes very close to 50 and i didnt hear anything bad about it what so ever. Defo a dud.

Still rocking my custom 60HE. I think 60% is the best size for gaming personally. Wasn't cheap but I plan on using it until it either breaks or some big innovation happens on the tech side of things which I doubt is gonna happen anytime soon considering the last big innovation was hall effect switches. Thankfully Wooting's warranty and software support allows me to use it for years to come still. For anyone curious, the Geon Raw HE switches are incredibly good, affordable and in my personal opinion the best HE switches. Virtually no stem wobble, great sound, cheap, light actuation option (I love this personally big reason I got these), everything you'd want. Get a metal case as well obviously everyone knows this anyway.
None of you will ever own the same keyboard as me and going back to some HE piece of shit makes me sad for you all. Magnetic switch keyboards are already a decade behind.
Nowadays, it is. Wooting has strayed away from the enthusiast scene and has refused to compete with enthusiast level HE keebs by catering to a more gamer focused audience who is used to spending hundreds of dollars on cheap injection molded keyboards. when HE keebs were newer, they were undoubtedly the best, but nowadays, with so many more options, there is really no reason to go with a Wooting board over a board by keychron or someone else, the only leg up Wooting has over the competition is that their software is better, but hey, if you want to spend some $200 for slightly less crashes and overall less of a headache, then by all means go for it.
