For reference, my OEM TA on my s85 lasted for 12 years and 170,000 miles on my 6 speed e60. Two years later, I’m at 193,000 miles on my s85 with new TA.
Awesome Mod!! The fuel tank breather valve upgrade is also a great idea. The EvolveAuto TVAs have an $800 Core Charge to the UK. Ouch!!! The Rvolce and UK-Rebuild TVA units are the best. Avoid the ///MPower TVAs from Michigan. The TVAs for the M5 V10 are the same PN, except the little metal tabs are different, so keep the originals. If you go to all that trouble, the #Eventuri Carbon Fiber Plenum and Intake/Snorkel are a must. Insane M3 S65 V8 intake sound.
Actuators from evolve are complete crap, they will break even faster than new original BMWs! Because evolve use the same cheap plastic gears for restoration. And they also do not solve the problem of electronic control of the drive itself (replacing power field-effect transistors is not enough)! The price of $850 for this junk is inadequate!!! I am rebuilding the drives using aluminum CNC gears, as well as the entire current control circuit of the servo drive. And it costs me $500 for one drive!!!
This is what I needed from you brother! Definitely will be doing this to my 2013 e92 m3.
Glad I could help

As it is an electronic part, once they are installed and connected correctly, is it necessary to code them later with a diagnostic machine?
2nd owner of a 2011 LCI E90, 1st TA failed at 93k and the 2nd just failed at 132k, surprisingly both were original with 2011 date stamps…. 😮
What is that oil filling cap you have called?
I was waiting for the plot twist - evolve CF but sounds like it will be next episode? :-)
Where’d you get that shirt??
thicf30-store.creator-spring.com
What oil cap is that ?
MLT makes it mltengineering-design.com/products/mlt-engineering-engine-oil-filler-cap?variant=42605719126202
@@ThicWhips thank you bro
Why not just buy them through FCP euro with lifetime warranty
Factory internals, will fail sooner.
