One correction! I had the front shock settings backwards. Out of the box they are actually set to the softest settings. Which is crazy because they felt much better than my previous setup without any adjustment. But this means I can go stiffer! (Pause) The dial actually has S for soft and H for Hard. I love my E93 M3! Perfect summer car. If you’re looking for crazy horse power this isn’t the platform for you. Love the high RPMs and the drive. I think this is the best M3 til this day.
Interesting, when it comes to the back coil setup. They told me the way you decided to with for the springs was the correct way. And in my opinion it’s the only way it can go in.
what up thic, Im sure you know this already, but in my experience, using a digital caliper tool is best to measure the coilovers to make sure they are even on both sides. obviously no car will be perfect on both sides because every car is not made with perfect weight distribution.
There not a whole lot of info when it comes to fortuneAutos and BMW. I hope your video sends a msg to them. In my opinion they are the best value out there for track application and should capitalize on that with the BMW community.
I wonder how fortune auto coils do over a long period of time compared to premium coils like ohlins and KW. Looking forward to a follow up review later down the line.
Love the new coils, a lot of options beside ohlins. Just did ST XTA coilovers and the car feels fenomenal, their price came down a loot in the past couple months, I have read their valve similar to the k&W clubsport but with a lower spring rate of 7f/12R, had TCKLINE in my previous e46 m3 and this feel just as good for 1/2 the price
Do NOT set them to the stiffest setting right off the rip, it’ll be super bouncy. Tried it for fun when I installed my 510s a couple years ago. Have about 27K-ish miles on them now. Still compliant, but will send off for a rebuild soon.

I personally think it looks even better now than before. The slightly lower look is amazing. The e92 m3 is a very beautiful thing.

KW actually makes ST coilovers. They are ok. I have them on my 1 series but they are blown to smitherines now lol
