I think he is 189cm he looks taller than 6'2 but shorter than 6'3.

Hey Rob can you do a video about the height of the impractical jokers. I’ve wondered about them for a long time. They all claim 5’9 - 5’11 but I think they’re all 5’8, most guys they interact with look significantly taller than them.

6'2.25"-6'2 3/8 range, 1/4 or 3/8 shorter than me at afternoon. Though he received huge boost at 16 compared to me who grew only 2'5/75" range since I was already 6ft at 14.

When you cross 6’ you are entering the top 10% of men (which are naturally taller than women and children). 6’ is tall. The problem is that men from 5’9” up to 5’11.75” claim 6’ distorting people’s perspective. Im a strong 6’ and people swear Im taller. Im not.

@@jimjohnson530I think it's def tall in Asia, but in the West I wouldn't say it's tall. It's like 2-3 inches above average, so I'd say it's the beginning of "above average" range which then becomes "pretty tall" at 6'1.5 and plain "tall" at maybe 6'3.5. 'm 6'2.7 and I don't feel very tall, I know I'm well above average, but there are so fucking many dudes in the 6'-6'2 range that I don't really stand out very much.

Hey Rob, I would like to hear your thoughts. I was 21 I measured myself 172.7 cm, I started to do exercises every single day and now I'm turning my 23 and I measure myself as 178.2 cm (peak height I measured 178.7 cm) with the same measurement method which I've done before. I 'm still doing the exercises almost one hour per day. Is it possible ? Have I really grown almost 6 cms or is it just an illusion/temporary ? I'll be glad if anyone gives a response especially Rob
It is possible to grow taller, yes I am living proof of that. I went from
5'6 & 5/16 to 5'7 & 9/16. Although if you are doing an exercise for a hour and have only grown that much in 2 years, you are doing it wrong, it only took me 4 months to grow over an inch. Try doing cycling with raised saddle, your legs should be more than fully stretched at the bottom, it will be uncomfortable at first but you will eventually get used to it. Remember your body only adapts to something when a change happens in your body, in this case the cycling with the raised saddle becomes bearable over time because you got taller. Do it 4xweek for 10min with raised resistance, that's more than enough, beleive me. Also check your height every month, but do it first thing in the morning after 8 hours of sleep, that's when you are the tallest.

Dude, you just grew a bit because you hadn't reached your final height yet at age 21, which is not uncommon at all. Some stop growing in their teens, especially women but some grow way into their 20s simply because puberty doesn't just magically wrap it up at whatever the legal age is in your respective country.

@@smashball3343 Less than 5 percent of adult males in the US are 6'2 or taller, let that sink in! I'd say that 6'3 is very tall, but not insanely tall. Though you will still be taller than almost everyone you see in public. 6'5 and up are super tall since it's in the 99 percentile.

Hello Rob I admire you for some time and what you do, my height was 169 cm two months ago, knowing that I was playing stretching exercises and now my height is 168 cm. What do you think is the reason for the decrease in height? Are there really exercises to increase the height? I am 18 years old. Can I reach 170 cm?
Height is 98 percent genetics. Stretching exercises can make a difference of half to 1 inch but it's only temporary. Measure your height in the morning after you wake up that's the most accurate height.

Your mid parental height is 177 cm , that means the chances are little to reach 188 cm.
You will most likely be a solid 6 foot (183cm) or even close to 6 foot 1 (185cm) if you're lucky. 6'2 (188cm) or more is very unlikely considering your mother's height.

My grandfather is 6 foot 2, and my grandmother was 5 foot 4. JUST like you. My father ended up being slightly taller than his father. Now history is repeating itself,except my mother is much taller and I am a late bloomer and mixed raced which makes me 1.2cm taller on average. So I will average out at around 191 or 192cm based on my current height

You have to compare photos next to other individuals. Affleck looks to be about 6'-1.5" - 6'-2". And as time goes on that number will probably come down. The Rock is listed as 6'-5" and he is obviously a lot shorter, probably also 6'-2". Vince Vaughn is a legit 6'-5" - unless he is wearing shoes that give him extra lift.

Rob, when I measure my height I get 2 different measurements. My first height in a relaxed posture I measure 5’6 1/2. In my second measurement when I maximize my posture ( raising shoulders and neck), I measure almost 5’7. What height would I claim from both measured heights?

Rob is 2 inches a growth spurt? I was 5’4 when i was 14 now im almost 15 only 1 month away my parents measured me (no stadiometer) and they said i am around 5’6 but i got measured at the doctors with a stadiometer similar to yours and i got 5’9 176cm but if i am 5’6 did i even get a growth spurt?

I’m 17 right now and about a weak 5’7. I believe I’ve am going through delayed puberty combined with slight malnutrition. As I used to eat breakfast only a handful of times a year and never ate school lunch for about 2-3 years. Always underweight (until recently).

Mom height: 5’3.5
I’ve been stretching, eating as healthy as possible (a lot too), getting sunlight, working out, and trying to get 7-8 hours of sleep (not succeeding too much here).
I literally just got armpit hair a couple months ago but my structure is still small no matter how much I eat. So is 1 or 2 more inches possible, or should I just call it quits?
Rob Paul Awesome. This seems to be true, most of the time I get confused for a 15 year old. As my voice is still higher pitched, frame is small, short height, young facial features, etc.

I am no hater of Ben or any celebrities in general, he is 186 cm barefoot night height, it is like a rule of thumb, when u see usa star's official height u gotta take out 5-7 cm (ie. morning peak height plus shoes plus hair), for Europe guys 3-5 cm (ie. morning peak height plus shoes), it is no brainer, Ben is 186 cm nxt to 188 cm Jason Aquaman, Charlie in the thumbnail is 178-179 cm tops nxt to 186 cm Ben, David beckham is 176 cm nxt to 178-179 cm Charlie (actually early beckham height when he was with Man Red was 179 cm, a typical Europe way of height listing 176cm + 3 cm shoes. I understand Rob is doing celebrities a service by listing mostly their barefoot height plus shoes, and again i suppose claiming height with shoes seem fair enough since you walk around with shoes, so no judgement on Rob at all, but I personally would like to always state my barefoot night height without shoes, i feel that is the right way to do.
@BlacK- PuNisHer I do 180 if i were u bro, 180 accounts for basically all scenarios in you days, although my lowest mark is shrinking 1.8 cm from morning no more than that (that was me awake 13-17 hours with doing fierce exercises), maybe measure it again, sometimes morning measurement ur hands are not steady. Also you might be able to claim a little more, measure the vertical distance between your eye level to your tip of head with your eyes looking to straight ahead, normally guys 175-185 cm should have 12 cm, if your eye-to-tip-of-head distance is smaller than 12 cm, mine is 11.5cm, i have smaller upper head, i claim 0.5 cm taller, cuz normally people recognise one's height by this person's eye level not tip of head, with proper hair style, tip of head usually are normalised in any visual sense, for you being in the 175-185 range, it should be 12 cm or maybe 13 cm.
Rob is attempting to determine the celebrities real barefoot height. He does a decent job at it too. No, no one uses their barefoot end of day measurement, nor should they. You are asking everyone to use their worst reading as official. This is not how most people view and interact with you.

Why is it that the
Women have to put a shorter height to be acceptable for acting and men are allowed to lie, wear up to 8" lifts to their heights, to play leading roles WITH these taller woman. Short men can wear up to 4" lift inside the boot or high top shoe and 4" for a heel on the outside. Look at the femur and shoulder, it'll give it away, everytime. You will also notice that they all wear a bulky boot or other footwear that is high in the ankle because of the angle the foot is on, with lifts inside the shoe. It's no different than women wearing high heels, it's just inside the shoes.
It looks ridiculous. Accept your height because it ticks us tall people off, when you fake it 😂😂

3. Part of the reason men are not honest is because of the immense pressure placed on them by society and particularly women for factors they cannot control
