For our honeymoon in 1989 we flew from Guernsey to Jersey on Joey. We wish we'd never left Guernsey. Instead we have visited Guernsey many times since then.

That's changed a lot since we were last there, I think it would have 2008. Husband bought me a watch and a Guernsey necklace from the silversmiths. It looks so well cared for and clean. Thank you for the visit. No Joey there then. Didn't it go thru a rough patch for a while and nearly close down?

Hi, it’s really up and coming now with some really good local businesses in the village. I’m not sure if they went through a rough patch but they are certainly not in one now😀

Hi, yes there is plenty of dog groomers in the island but I can’t think of any in town. I use a mobile dog groomer which is really helpful . I can give you her contact details if you like ?

It looks like i might be moving to guernsey very soon. Its for work but not very highly paid. It comes across as a very specialist island and expensive. Is there still the ability to get cheap shopping for day to day life? Other than that uncertainty i would love the opportunity to move here. Atb
