    Just stumbled upon this on YT. I'm very proud to have recently discovered (2021) that my "De Carteret Family" were one of the founding families in Guernsey and can be traced all the way back to the year 823. My elders (many times G,,,, GrandFathers) served as humble servants/ advisors to Royalty of their day. ((I wonder if you are related to my Uncle: Peter Le Gallez?))

    Lovely place worked there for 8 month before covid surfed most days met some really nice people would of stayed forever if it wasnt for the epidemic I will return one day

    I was fortunate enough to have visited in 2019. My grandmother was born on Alderney, the family moved to St. Peter Port, when she was an infant, then came to America on RMS Olympic

      Go to Gatwick airport in England and then take a aurigny plane to Guernsey. Or you can fly to England and go on a ferry to Guernsey
