    What goals do you want to set for yourself this winter?

      One goal I have is to get stronger and in better shape. I want to be able to lift more than 10 lbs effortlessly also be able to carry my daughter. I do TH-cam videos from Bodyfitbyamy and I enjoy walks currently. - Janis

      @ those are great goals! Having strength as we age and for our kids is really important!

    Good job mama focusing on yourself more! Sometimes us moms forget to take care of ourselves. I work with kids on the spectrum as well as have one of my own on the spectrum and will be bringing his baby sister home in two weeks. I know what you mean about overstimulation and burn out for sure, when you said your daughter was up since 3 am I felt that pain in my soul. I have been so depressed and burnt out this pregnancy and I know it’s because I haven’t been able to focus on myself and my goals as much as I wish I could(soooo excited to get that clearance from my doctor that I can go back to working out). I clicked on this video as motivation to get back into the habit and didn’t realize how much I would relate to you. Awesome job 😊💕
