So don't get confused. Only if you want to settle here then learning will be partly mandatory because it will help you in better communication. 2. The scenario to be an IIT/NIT faculty is pretty different for students from Engineering and Natural science (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics etc.) background. This point was not mentioned.
