- Argo really did it this time, finding the Queen of the lakes, Paul R. Tregurtha along with the Edwin H. Gott. Why would he find just one footer, when he can find two? :) This is a longer video, I have created chapters for you to skip forward if you like.

Argo really hustling to get to that ship, and I see why... he found the mighty Paul R Tregurtha. The Queen herself. And the Edwin H Gott to boot. Quite the daily double! Argo was so excited with his find he was doing the rolling ground boogie! Beautiful shot of the PRT passing the Gott! Yep, definitely a two-fer. Thanks Cody & Argo for the cool video!
I like that, a celebratory wiggle! You certainly can't deny the look of happiness on his face! He knows he has the skills, he is very confident :)
Terrific hustling, guys! Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for watching!
Another great video! Thanks!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Another epic adventure
Thanks for sharing
Our pleasure!
We feel this is an honest 2-fer! The Gott is just waiting her turn, like in kindergarten! Lol! We always look for your videos and Argo has skills! Thanks!
Argo does have skills and thank you for watching! I agree with you, certainly counts as a 2-fer :)
Definitely a twofer! FYI: it is called the pilot house or bridge. Great video.
Bridge, yes that is the word I was struggling for and not finding. Thank you!
A two-fer of the greatest magnitude. Beautiful morning in the Soo. Really hard to get the scale unless you see it in person. Very nice video.
It really is hard to get the scale, kind of like watching video of mountain climbing. It just doesn't translate well to a screen but when you are in person, watching this 1000'+ ship just slip by, it really is very impressive!
All of the captains should personally know Argo by now
Did you scratch that itch, Argo?!?! Silly boy!
Interesting fact about the sprinklers on the deck...I learned something new today👍🏻
Stunning view! (My opinion, I'd consider it a 2fer, but thats just me.)
That would be crazy to feel the rumble in the ground. So much power! Great video!
If you ever make you way to the Soo and can be at the lock viewing platform when one of these footers is there, you'll feel it. You can actually feel it in the ground when they enter the lock and stop, then again when they spin up to leave. It is really something!
Thank you for the back up on the 2fer, I agree with you that it counts :)
@@codyandargo906 I posted a reply to your comment, but it looks like it failed, so I'll try again :)
The last time I was at the Soo was in 2005, I was about 16 so I don't remember everything perfectly lol I don't believe we were lucky enough to see any ships on that visit, but we did do the Soo Locks tour & that was really neat!
I look forward to feeling the rumble next time I'm up there! I'll have to use MT to plan it around a footer's arrival :)
Maybe they put a camera on her because she’s so long?
Great job Argo the wonder pup!
It makes perfect sense that there would be a camera up there. Seeing this one, I am surprised there aren't more! Well, maybe there are but they are just more stealthy.. hmmm :)
If I drive up can Igo on tomorrow's walk? 🤷♀️
can you throw tomatoes at ships or is that frowned upon?
I feel like that would certainly be frowned upon :)
