Monkey Custom Part 1
Now that I have a used Genuine cylinder head, I tried porting that I've always wanted to do .
I just wanted to do it before the petrol engine was abolished. I don't regret what the result will be.

コメントどうもです。私が思いついたアイデアと言いたい所ですが、元ネタは数十年前のオートメカニックと言う雑誌なので昔からある割とメジャーな手法みたいです。
外側から見ただけだと分からないような表面の粗さや曲がり具合などが確認出来るので加工方針を決めるのにとても有効な方法だと思います。

シリコンで型を抜くとポートの断面積の変化や曲率等が測定出来る様になるので情報が増えて楽しいですよ。
加工前のものだと手順を間違えてカーボンが着いたままシリコンを流し込んだのでとても人様にはお出し出来ませんw

As far as I know, the communal hole escapes faster than the intake hole so the communal hole does not need to be too large

ノウハウも無い全くのド素人なので、まずは純正がどうなっているのか知りたくて型取りしました。
流石の３DCTでもやっぱり実物にはかなわないですよね。
仮に失敗しても加工後のシリコン型があれば次に活かせるので、実はデータ取りの意味合いが強かったりしてます。

外から見てるだけだ今一つ寸法や形状がわからないので、型を取るのは重要ですよね。
シリコン流し込みの元ネタは十数年位前のオートメカニックと言う雑誌に載ってたビートのポート研磨の特集を参考にしています。

興味深い内容でした。ポートの形状をシリコンで確認出来て闇雲に削りすぎないように出来ますね。私も４ミニの沼に頭の先までドップリ浸かってしまい、ちょうどポート研磨を始めようと思っていたところに貴殿の動画に辿り着きました。本当に勉強になりました。一つ教えていただきたいのですが、インマニの削る大きさを確認されているシーンなのですが、光明タンを使われているのですか?

爪先程度にしか沼に浸かっていない筈だったのですが気づいたら引き返せなくなってました。カスタム欲とオリジナルを維持したい狭間で日々沼っています。
インテークの当たり確認に使っているのは、おっしゃる通り光明丹をエンジンオイルで溶いた物です。動画にはしていませんが中古ヘッドを購入した際にバルブの当たり面を見ていたのでその時の余りを使っています。
少しでも参考に成ったのでしたら幸いでございます。

I mean, the hole is smaller than the 1mm intake hole

Is the intake hole you say on the carburetor side?　If so, As far as I measured AB27 cylinder , there was a difference of 2mm ( Cylinder side is bigger).
With a general engine, it should gradually become thinner toward the cylinder , I think it was intentionally designed because the engine speed become too high.
I tested it in the next video, but since the engine rotates at 11000 rpm in this processing, I think that it will break unless other parts are replaced.

I think you're talking about valve lifts and cam profiles, not camshaft timing.

シリコーンの離型にはワックスブルーでしょ。
