Might want to have them sign a liability waiver because those things are notoriously for breaking people's next and the last thing you need is to sell it to somebody and they sue you for self-injury which in this day and age yes can happen even though it's not even yours nor on your property anymore

I can see your sentiment in this project as this was the first project that drew me in hard-core to this channel, but just like this build, the next new builds will make someone else feel the same way and that's what they are making room for! Honestly I think it's really smart because they will get to design better cooler vehicles with the room and money they get from the sales, and the tools they have now compared to when they made this where so minimal, Imagine what they could do now with serious tools. I'd imagine ethans gonna want to make something like the modessey again just because it handled so well and was probably one of the funnest things to drive that they built
I think the Odyssey was just too big and too fast for thier premises. It needed to be transported to be used and being as busy as they are, it wasn't happening. That's why they are transitioning to slower, more 4x4 style builds. Except the boat. That just sounds like a drunk idea made good.
It's hard to do, but good for you guys moving on from projects that aren't where your heart is anymore. I recently started doing the same, and I find myself doing stuff I enjoy more often. Keep up the good work.
As a Subaru guy,, it was sad to see that Brat go but I understand the need to clear things out. Would love to see you keep the Spitfire and finish it out!

Collaborations always increase views and subscriptions. Cletus is a long ways away though. I deliver semi tractors for a living and I've been within 42 miles of the freedom factory. I should have stopped by and at least got a picture. Garrett said he doesn't like people to stop by and I was in a hurry so I didn't take a detour down there.

I really like the modessy, because I have a snowmobile engine that would work good in it. and I really like the 61 Willy's Jeep pickup, because I think it would make a really good EV project. but I'm already in serious trouble for having to many vehicles.
Man you ought to put a set of snowmobile skis and tracks on that Willy's Jeep. It's such a cool cab you should do something grind hard like with it. I'd take it by I'm in Missouri. it's too far.
We had a 62 Willy’s that we sold for a few grand. It had a straight 6 Chrysler and the 4wd worked. I drove it up on the trailer. Guy that bought it fully restored it. It’s a huge time investment- I’d do it myself if I had the money for a turbo LS swap. Could you imagine!?

Since the 1st view of the Willy's,I've been heartsick seeing it set.I learned to drive in a '52 Willy's jeep and then a 54 got us around for years.Including the Blizzard of 77.I've wanted 1 since I was a kid.Your's with just the bed rotted is better than any Michigan build.I have a new engine coming for a Mt.Bike build,and I'd gladly trade.I'm just too broke to afford shipping.I hope the new owner treats it like the King of the winter roads as it was designed.
no way, i wish could get a hold of that Honda FL350! I used to have an 86 and the guy we bought it from gave it to us with old gas and said it was ok. Turned out it wasnt, it put the piston skirt through the bottom of the case. Thanks boys, cool video
Funny thing about jags. Been having a thought about building an xj12 dune buggy. but i see that body, the rear window especially. all i can think about is hollowing the trunk and making an el camino style bed. sitting on 33s with big fat fender flares.

DIY water jets with moped/scooter engine.. that would be rather nice. Also pretty easy to make engine cut off switches so if those go belly up on lake engine is not hydro locked to oblivion...

I thought 💭 I saw a VW Kombi in the background behind the BMW. Why not expand the Kombi backend and shoehorn the BMW motor in there and potentially turn the Kombi into a drift car? Or you try using the Spitfire motor if it can make enough power to break tires loose.

Nearly all engines burn oil from regular use. It’s even in most Manuals. That’s why they recommend checking regularly. Also fun fact : manual driven vehicles burn more then automatics.
I have been able to recognize the tremendous growth of this channel since I started watching what seems like forever ago. I truly appreciate the effort you guys are putting out to expand and grow your channel to its fullest potential. I have been a longtime fan always looking forward to the newest video. Personally, I hope for a bit of a return to form with more in depth build detail and longer videos. The transitions and editing have progressively improved a ton and I'm sure adding some extra hands around there has a lot to do with that. I understand the TH-cam algorithm puts some constraints on the channel and I can see the change in the content to try and optimize the impact of each of the videos but the long time fans came and have stayed because (in my opinion) this channel made you feel like you were a part of the build and you got to see all the tedium and it was like living vicariously in a way. I guess you could say that I feel that the channel has become less intimate. Regardless I'm always stoked for new content from you guys and I hope for nothing but consistent growth for you guys! As always keep it up!
Sometimes a guy just has to clean up the yard a bit. I was at Pacific a couple of days ago with some steel and aluminum. Prices are up a little bit recently. Sad to see a BRAT get crushed, but it lived its life. I have owned a few over the years, and all of them rusted to nothing. My wife hit a moose with my 84 at the curves by MacArthur lake on 95, back in July of 2000. Moose died unfortunately, but the BRAT lived on for a few more years with different color hood and fenders.
