- In this video I will show you how to make Tender juicy lobster tails in less than 20 minutes!
Things you will need:
Lobster Tails of your choice
Butter
Oldbay seasoning
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Adobo seasoning
Cookie Sheet
Aluminum Foil

I did your recipe and added the following. I used cilantro instead of parsley. I added a touch of oyster sauce. Then, a poured a touch of sweet red wine on it before cooking the Lobster. I also ordered Lobster sauce from my nearby Chinese restaurant and poured some on the Lobster after if was cooked. To finish it off with Red Devil Cayenne sauce on top and served it with avocado salad and fried sweet plantain. I've been now cooking this same thing once a week for almost a year. Don't forget to butter sauce the underside as well!! Makes a huge difference in tender butter goodness!
Facts
after fanning out the tail, if you push down with your thumb on the shell just above the tail it will help the tail stay fanned out.

I.e., I omitted cayenne pepper, added a dash of: Lawry's, Sazón, onion powder, black pepper, an extra dash of garlic powder, - this girl loooves her some garlic! Oh, and I mixed regular butter with - what else? Garlic butter! Guuurrrl . . . Had me licking the shell!!! I was at home among family, so no shame in my game!

Not only do your lobster look amazing presentation-wise and culinary-wise, your video was the most fun to watch and listen to.
