Now that you've learned the
twist-o-flex and the neck-o-flex, it's time for the master flex. This move includes elements of both of those moves, along with some additional elements.
Instructions
1. Start with your feet together and your arms at your sides. Lift your right leg, bending it at the knee. While doing this, lift your left forearm to chest level, pointing it horizontally to your right, elbow bent, palm down, fingers pointing.
2. Step straight back and down with your right foot, lifting your right arm in the same way you did your left arm. While doing this, bring your left arm back down to your side. After this, bend both knees.
3. Isolating your knees, turn your knees to the right. Your hips can also swivel during this motion.
4. Now, isolate your torso, shoulders and arms, turning them to the right. Isolate your head and turn it to the right. Finally, step your left foot forward, putting it together with your right foot and standing up straight, arms back at your sides.
5. To bring it back around to the original direction, repeat step one with your left leg. Do the knee turn to the left, followed by the torso turn left and then the head turn left. Step your right foot forward, putting it together with the left foot and standing up straight, arms at your sides.
