Any new smartphone capable of recording in 10 bit LOG or RAW combined with this adapter (with a good lens) will give you very professional looking results once color graded and using a LUT. Add in the Beastgrip Pro and handle along with a mattebox and you can create a potent little cinema rig.
Smartphones are several orders of magnitude better than what they were 10 years ago. The gap is definitely closing between them and entry level DLSR/mirrorless hybrid cameras. In fact any phone using those "1 inch" sensors are pretty close to the raw capabilities of a MFT camera, add in AI enhancements and it might even exceed them in some ways.

thanks guys for making this possible. One request : is it possible you tell us which lens did you use in this trailer at each scene for refence. Im new to the EF format coming from MFT anamorphic
It looks like a great camera add on for phones. Will it work on iPad Pro 11?
The issue with this is how do you adapt for changes in position for difference phone camera positioning and arrangement. has we have seen over the years the location for each camera changes slight or some time drastically from each generation.
Is this an iPhone only setup, does it work for Samsung, or SONY Xperia phones and others. ? please answer this questions
Also does this take only EF mount is there adapters for E-mount, Lmount, and the others out there and what about PL mount. has each one has a different flange distance. or is this been mounted to a MFT mount.

Will it be possible to use mft lenses?

Who chose canon over sony mount ? Or sony works too !!! Gmaster lenses ? Power for lens !
Because you need to use manual lenses. Sony lenses close the IRIS when you turn the camera off. You need to have a lens that you can control the IRIS / aperture manually. + there are a lot of cheap canon lenses.

@@sriabhi You can use it, you will need to connect the sony lens to you camera, set the aperture and without turning off the camera remove the lens. This will allow the lens to remain with the set aperture while disconnected from the camera.
