    What do you mean push the pelvis? Get it more forward?

      @jtinaz5119 when the hands are between hip high and the right thigh, the player should feel the belt buckle pushing up. This will start the hips to rotate faster from impact into the follow-through. When working with a student, I will give them this feeling and refer to the feeling pushing the pelvis up. The pelvis controls the spine, and the shoulders and arms will intern move properly when the pelvis and spine are working properly.
