You can't fear that which you've already confronted and overcome... repeatedly. Especially when you know you're dealing with an intentionally large and excessive amount of it via sabotage.💯👍🏽

The second caller - oh lord. Man or woman, whoever isn't working outside the home needs to step up and take care of the kids and do the bulk of the cooking and cleaning unless they're actively looking for another job in that moment. How can he look himself in the mirror without shame, putting both the household CEO and breadwinner role on his wife?
The worst spouses seem to be men and women who have traditional gender roles as the ideals in their heads, but one or both of them can't actually deliver on that. It might be a man who thinks the man should be the breadwinner, but works in a dying field and refuses to take the jobs that are actually available because they're "unmanly," ending up as avoidant lazy leeches on a working woman. It might be a woman who sees her role as taking care of the kids but actually can't stand being around them 100% of the time. They need to adapt or see the the death of their relationship and any future relationship.

Definitely. Then their is the issue that it often takes two incomes to get by. Often both work and yet the man still has the woman doing all the household and childcare. No balance on household duties.
