Back in the 90's, I could get to work on Broad street from way out in E Brainerd in 20 min easy. Now, probably 45 min if you are lucky.
Changed careers, bought a farm 40 miles north, haven't locked our doors in years.

Cool vid. Shared with family member visiting us in Chattanooga East Brainerd from Miami Florida. Originally from socal. Never noticed the power lines being a bother. Now I’m sure I’ll notice them a lot.

see im looking to move here. im in northern Vermont and to hear someone say its freezing in a hoodie and light jacket is mind blowing to me. See freezing to us is when just breathing burns your lungs from the inside. Your teeth ache from the cold. Any skin showing will start to freeze after 5 10 minutes tops. Of course it can be colder. But just when we say freezing that's how it feels. That is the biggest reason i need to move. I have wasted half my life not being able to go outside it sucks. I hate the winter, so I don't do anything outside for the entire winter. Not to mention the cost of living is insane. Coupled with not that much for job opportunities. There are many other reasons. But those are the ones making it so I think I have to move.
