    Wow - you're on a roll with these short workouts, Coach Paul! Enjoyed every minute of it. Since this is a GREAT way to warm up our senior bodies before weight lifting with dumbbells, I'm gonna do one of your dumbbell workouts right now. Oh, BTW, I would love to see more seated boxing, jab videos like this in the future. Hope you're doing OK during the heat wave - - -

      Thanks, but it was the hear that made me do shorter workous and testing to see how people respond to them. The heat made me sit down and rest yesterday. I am working on a new channel that will only be seated workouts. Some just 10 minutes, 20 or 30 minutes. But I will still have this channel. I just want to test the waters to see how people respond to a seated only channel.

      @@PaulEugene Sounds good - I hope people vote a resounding YES to a seated channel also. When I see one of your seated workouts, I always do them because depending on my senior body, I do a lot of them standing too. And I know from the start that they won't twist me into a pretzel, will be easy to follow, gentle on my joints & never twist me into a pretzel. Yet I know I'm still getting great "overall" exercise. So even a seated video can be modified depending on a person's needs. GOOD LUCK!

      Thanks, I have not been able to start it yet. I had been struggling with this heat. Yesterday I was down physically. But the heat is suppose to move out this weekend.
