Happy you purchased a weight bench! 💪🏾 🤎 I have been loving my strength training sessions. I don’t have a bench but I have free weights. (I’ve learned that a step with risers can be used for weight training too--for those who don’t have a bench). I’ve increased my overall strength, I’m using heavier weights, and notice so many other benefits. I’ve also added mobility/flexibility class - also necessary--great for the body and mind. Still love my cardio but I’ve actually become a strength person too! Never thought that would happen. 😂 Thank you! ❤
Thanks. Back in the day we use to use the step risers for weight training. I wanted to challenge myself more with heavier weights to built lean muscle. I will increase my weights by 5 pounds every 4 weeks. Since I made the changes last month starting with the water fast, stop eating fast foods, my weight started at 244 I am now down to 223. I lost one pants size also and gained strength. My weight goal is 180 by March. I am excited about this. Didn't think it would be possible for someone my age (68).

hello from sunny Wiltshire, thanks for great workout . you have an amazing range of moves! Just back from a week camping at Corfe castle in Dorset with the grand babies who usually live in Houston. putting up tents, running around - its no issue if we keep up our Coach Paul sessions. Thanks

All bank information if deleted as well. I have decided to use it again. I had to wait until all cleared up. If I had not gotten my money back I would have not returned.

Dear Paul. I want to share. I've been through a Rotatocuf full sprespandos tear and bicepts tears. I am 4 and half weeks past surgery. Startes PT 4 days after surgery. I am out of the sling dyring the day sine 3 weeks postop. I am vert resrictes with range if motion with my sholder and arm. Mentally I know recovery is with movement. So this was my 1 st workout out of PT I now done with you. I modifide to not jumping, not worming my arn...hay but I am fine. Last yr I went to far with heavy weights and did not recover... after PT helped with range but not pain and with mt MRI results, I had to go to surgery..I know you are aware of being active but still with some issues. I am a baby... in a few months 60. We all rock and roll our life. To young to stayy put. Thank you for your energetic possitive video's. Leora Isrsel.
Thanks for sharing. I can't begin to tell you how many trips over the years I had to PT because of my right shoulder. But with patience I was able to get the mobility back without any pain. But I am mindful when doing strength training. The second I feel a pinch in the right shoulder I know I have to do it with no weights or very lite ones. It is good to hear are back on the road to recovery. When you mention about being 60 in a few months, it reminds me that I will be 70 in less than 2 years.
@@PaulEugene Paul, you are beyond age! We all have to mindful of our body. Now mt peayes are modest, just to get 6 hrs sleep during the night on the recliner.. .. you are a rol model for mature ans seniors. Thank you so much.
