This intensity is needed for people like myself, yes I am great grandparent who physical fitness level is at this intensity. I teach them people all over the world who need and love to sit and exercise at this intensity. The title clearly states this is a fast paced high energy fitness exercise. I have plenty seated videos at a slower pace for people who need them. There is room for all fitness levels on my channel.
I started the second round of my daily workout routine for today with your ten minutes aerobics workout routine for today, and I kept up with you throughout the entire workout. And today marks six months of my daily workout routine
Thank you for your question. I have been doing high energy standing up aerobics for years, when I got injured and had to sit I just kept up the pace and energy in the chair. The seated aerobics help keep up heart rate up, no pounding on my knees like I did standing up. Enhanced the cardiovascular system, increased endurance, built strength when adding weights, need I say more. There are millions of human beings around the world who can stand up but get cardio, aerobics and strength benefits from being seated, exercising and staying healthy.

I also did a lot of physical exercise in different forms but now that I am 65 years young and live Sith my husband in Rose Village Retirement Homes I find that this is the best way of exercising and you have various levels too. So days when I am having senior moments I choose the slow version etc. I also do your rebounder workout and Christian yoga and dancing routine too as well as the stationery bike ones. Almighty God knows how much i enjoy exercising to gospel music and getting my praise suit on🏆🤩♥️
Your comment is rather silly and say stupid. When I got injured and had to sit but still had the high energy, I burned that energy up while exercising in a chair. There are millions of people all over the world who love enjoy a high energy intense seated workout who cannot stand as you stated.
I'm handicapped and can't stand to exercise. Paul Eugene's seated workouts helped me lose 90 pounds, get off of insulin and lift my mood when I'm depressed. It's well worth it to me.
I do these workouts at work during my office hours to move and not be sedentary at my desk. I walk sometimes too but I have ankle pain and videos like this help me workout while being kind to my joints.

Every exercise is not meant for everyone. I have plenty of other seated workouts on my channel at a slower pace.
