For Mutton Marination:
- Sliced onion: 5
- Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
- Kashmiri red chili powder: 1 tbsp
- Meat Masala: 1 tbsp
- Slit green chiles: 3
- Ginger garlic paste
- Crushed saunf: 1 tsp
- Cumin powder: 1 tsp
- Garam masala: 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Hot Mustard Oil
For Tempering (to be added before adding mutton):
- Mustard Oil
- Dry red chili: 3
- Garlic clove: 1
- Black peppercorns: 8-10
- Black cardamom: 2
- Green cardamom: 2
- Cloves: 4
- Cinnamon stick: 1 inch
- Bay leaves: 2
- Mutton marination includes sliced onion, turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, meat masala, green chiles, ginger garlic paste, crushed saunf, cumin powder, garam masala, salt, and hot mustard oil.
- Tempering includes mustard oil, dry red chili, garlic clove, black peppercorns, black cardamom, green cardamom, cloves, cinnamon sticks, and bay leaves.
