- Palak Poha Tikki:
- 1/4 cup Poha (Flattened Rice)
- 1 medium mashed Potato
- Finely chopped Spinach (Palak)
- Grated Carrot and chopped Onion
- 1 small Ginger Knob, finely chopped
- Green Chillies, finely chopped (as per taste)
- 1 spoon White Sesame Seeds (Safed Til)
- Salt, Lemon Juice, Turmeric Powder, Kitchen King Masala (as per taste)
- Oil (for frying)
Palak Rice:
- Blanched Palak (make puree)
- Boiled Basmati Rice
- Mustard Oil, Bay leaf, Cloves, Cumin seeds, Green cardamom, Star Anise, Black cardamom, Chopped Garlic, Chopped Onion
- Boiled corn, Capsicum, Boiled green peas
- Turmeric Powder, Salt, Red Chili powder, Roasted cumin powder, Coriander powder
