Nike and Adidas know that they have multiple weapons in the back pocket they can just drop again and everybody will love it, so I don't mind them taking risk and making some shit new boots. Eventually they will come out with some new styles of boots that are iconic like the older ones and everybody will love. Also don't mind the shit new ones because now they are starting to bring back some OGs for us
I had takedown Nemeziz models for my first boot. They were prob shi but the feeling of putting on boots for the first time and taking a goalkick and being shocked by how much power I could put through to the ball vs in Crocs was crazy to me lol
Ngl this seems like a surreal moment 😂 couldn't imagine never having a pair of boots and still going out there and playing in some crocs. My boy was hitting nukes when he got the new boots
Only remembered them as the Aaron wan-Bissaka boots especially when he just made the move to Man Utd even the man himself later changed to the Nemeziz 19.1 midway through the season which just shows how terrible the Nemeziz 19+ were. Really laughable from adidas even when a professional footballer who had his boots are definitely customized to his feet made the switch. 2015-2019 pretty much a hit or miss era for adidas football departments where looking back now they did suffered some sort of an identity crisis They’ll have some over the top stuffs and some that are actually good but not liked by many because it doesn’t have the identity or the DNA of older models
I personally loved them, the blackout model only put up by absolute ballers at grass roots. Don't put this boot down because, for me, while the Nemeziz 19+ had its issues, its those issues that I think have allowed adidas to correct them and eventually make the current laceless offerings from adidas top tier, josh just rated the predator elite LL No.1 so there you go.
The upper would work on a fashion sneaker. The Criss cross agility band is more suited to a lifestyle shoe. If they put it on a different sole, it would look stylish.
