Did you consider the fact atk% gets diluted more from other team members like Maxwell? While charge speed just gets better and better the more you have?
yes this is with Liter, Tia, Naga, Maxwell team. Same thing. ATK% OL is still > Chg Spd OL. In terms of OL, there's still more value in the ATK%.
Would you mind explaining why bastion is useful for RH? I'd understand if you said the charge speed or the charge dmg cube is better
To put it in simple terms, Reload timings work out better at different ammo breakpoints and charge speed. So Bastion sometimes come out on top of Resilience. Altros has done the timeline to minmax between the two. But at the end of the day, both Resilience and Bastion are close to each other and they've been the top PvE cubes since the beginning due to more overall ammo.
I really don't understand her burst skill can someone please explain it to me and also the optimal way to use the burst with Dorothy, Naga+Tia and Maxwell team?

using her exclusively as b3 is the least effort most value
you can use her b1 once as a buff move, because she can reset her cooldown once. but this is manual optimization that's not needed
b2 is generally useless because taunting will probably get her killed
or you can use her as a buffing nikke but you can only use her every other burst cycle (besides the one cooldown reset) as she has a 40 second cooldown
I have the red hood copy and 200 tickets. Should i buy 1 more copy or save tickets for future characters?

save for limited and collab. RH will be in ordinary banner. I was frustrated when I couldn't mlb dorothy at her banner but I still save the tickets. And when I did random pulls on marciana banner I got the 3rd dorothy spare body. So just be patient and will eventually mlb your main nikkes

@@NonJohns either get only one copy of her, or mlb so when you get copies in the future you get a flat 2% added to attack when you get core dupes. If you’re tight on gold tickets don’t use them if you already have her

Considering Naga's DMG boost to core hits, yes i think she's better for redhood, since she hits cores constantly
Yes. Core buff. Her atk buff is above other b2 atk buffers also (add the fact that it's 10seconds). Just need to gear her up. And add to all that, she does pretty decent damage herself (about half of a decent DPS).
What if the boss has no core?

wait in the charge dmg calculation how can it be 12 dmg for 12% when it should be 30?
Yea, your example is a common misconception around how charge damage buffs work. A 12% charge damage buff only gets added on to the full charge damage, it doesn't multiply it. So a 12% charge damage buff makes it so that, at full charge, you go from 250% damage to 262% damage (250+12). It does not increase it from 250% to 280% (2.5*1.12). So the percent damage gain is 262%/250% = 4.8%.

It’s less that charge damage is bait and more that atk is calculated in an insane way, afaik every source of atk buff multiples with other atk buffs

What did you think the wording implied? Because knowing units shoot at max charge, a reduction in charge time *necessarily* follows from increased charge speed.

great video, but the math in charge speed explanation is misleading. the 5% more charge speed in both senario are both 5% gain. the way of interpretation is incorrect.
if at 90% current charge speed, a 5% more charge speed is apply on the original 1000ms to get the 950ms decrease. so it is still 50/1000 = 5% gain. if you compare the gain between 0% and 90% current charge speed, the 5% both decuct 50ms so they provide the same value. it does not get more value or more gain at higher charge speed. each 5% add up the same amount of value.
I think you might be misunderstanding how CS works on it. There was another comment down here thinking about the wording.
In any case, here's another extremely simplified example. (Not taking into account reload time, ammo capacity, going in and out of cover, etc):
0% CS => 1 full charge = 1000 dmg = 1s = 1000ms
=> 1s = 1,000 dmg
50% CS => 1 full charge = 1000 dmg = 500ms
=> 1s = 2,000 dmg
90% CS => 1 full charge = 1000 dmg = 100ms
=> 1s = 10,000 dmg
95% CS => 1 full charge = 1000 dmg = 50ms
=> 1s = 20,000 dmg

But in your vid, you were comparing within each full charge thats why i said it is misleading. if you exlpain it like what you said here, i am sure no one will disagree or question it
