I am liking the way shift up is handling units now. Not super Niche that they are useless while offering something a little different from other units. I'm very happy with D, i think she's going to be relevant for a very long time. Only took one multi to get her.

i've never been blessed with a single liter in any of my 50+ accounts from rerolling and the 2 accounts that i've made. You have no idea how happy i was to be able to get D in both of those accounts... cuz now my team is finally complete with D bunny girls scarlet modernia and red hood. I'm just missing Tia for the tia naga teams now...
i appreciate the detailed break down and especially the team composition talks, the communities im in don't really discuss team comps so i end up needing to make my own team comps and ofcourse a more detailed view of people who do the nerd math is valuable.
D is a must pull imo and i love using her with red hood and maxwell.

Finally I can play Nihilister
After debating on using golden tickets to get her, I decided to pull. I got her on my first try along with a pilgrim. It was Modernia, who is now core 1 for me.
I pulled for the assets... her kit was a bonus... luckily with my only x3 multis to get x1 Mommy D and x1 Rapunzel

I’m thinking about D, because I Love PVP.
I pulled JUST for her looks before I saw anything regarding her kit. I regret nothing.
D has always been my fav character but now having a more viable version is great! And to be able to maybe make nihilister more useable? yeah im a big fan of that!
I started playing during Nier collaboration, and so I missed out on summer Anis, unfortunately. What unit would you say can best replace her in the team comps?
Overall, its just nice to have another Cooldown unit overall since they are so rare.

I did my usual: "I'm just gonna roll 10 just in case" and got her the 1st day, same as Privatits xP For now, I'm in accumulation mode in case colab happens or half anni hits us with new good unit, plus Doro rerun since I don't have her.
D'z Wife is quite cool, it's fun to run her with 40 sec's 1's and 2's. Poli for the double buff is nice, i've seen folks use Noah in pve. D'z Wife made a ripple in the community ;p

So should i use D instead of liter on my bunnys red hood modernia team?
For this SR, Liter is better on bunnies + red hood + modernia because Liter's buff also gives ammo + noir ammo restore will make your Modernia stronger (especially if you don't have unlimited ammo setup on Modernia). And since Modernia is fire advantage, if you have more elemental OLs on her, then she'd contribute way more as well thanks to it. If in general, it'll depend on who's the main carry. They're interchangeable.

I had to pull 200 times to MLB D, which I guess works out with math since 200 pulls x 2% banner = 4 rate up pulls on average... Whatever, though. Gives me more Golden Tickets to Core 7 my waifu, Crown, whenever Shift Up decides to release her!

Liter is better in all situations, because I have her fully levelled and kitted with OL gear, and I couldn't get D KW after 50 pulls.

When her kits release I really hope D can buffs Red Hood to surpass Black Scarlet, but sadly after all the buffs from D, Red Hood still no.2 in term of DPS 😢
That's not even true entirely. It depends largely on what you're even taking them against.
Even if she loses to sbs on damage she's still better at pushing higher deficits in hard campaign, if a boss has multiple parts she can out dps her as well.
D also allows red hood to use her b3 almost every rotation so long as s2 is at least set at level 9. Which virtually doubles Red hoods damage output.
The only reason why sbs even outdamages RH most of the time at least on campaign is because she has an aoe burst with massive damage scaling, on bosses it's more even because she doesn't have 8 trillion mobs to inflate her damage numbers.
Red hood is still the best unit in the game, no one unit provides as much account value as her. She's a top dps, a support, and can be used as a tank though you'll never really need the burst 2.
Also I've seen Alices outdps Sbs with equal investment so sbs clearly isn't the best dps in every single scenario.
@@gibbygibbstein7858 current Solo Raid with multiple parts are made for the Sniper team right? Yet my half build Black Scarlet with no dupes still deals more damage than my (MLB Red Hood skill 10/10/10 with Max Overload gear + D and Tia Naga).
It's sad because Red Hood is my no.1 fav DPS.
@remember8118 Even if you ignore all the scenarios in which RH can outdamage Sbs. (Because no unit is objectively the best for every single fight) Red hood is still objectively a better unit.
Comparing SBS and RH to every other dps is silly because their damage is so much better than everyone else's. Alice is (or was until they got rid of macros) the third best dps in the game and you needed to literally cheat and not reload to beat Red hood's damage on her.
Scarlet definitely beats Red hood on damage in more situations but that's all she really does. If anything Scarlet is going to age worse than Red Hood since all she has going for her is a lot of damage. Red hood on the other hand fills the only role in the game of a burst 1 - 3 unit, she also outdamages most everyone else in the game besides sbs.
Scarlet is going to age out the more meta dps characters they release where as Red Hood isn't going to age at all until they release more b1 - 3 units.
There's a reason why Red hood is the priority for overload gear and not scarlet black shadow
Also there's a dude that clears everything with Mihara, if he can clear everything with Mihara then you can frankly use RH for everything as well.
@@gibbygibbstein7858 I already clear all the normal content using Red Hood. I only use Black Scarlet in Solo/Union Raid and Hard content.
Hopefully what you said is true brother, I want Red Hood to still be usable after several years in the future. Because she's the only Pilgrim that I love and invested so much.
@@remember8118well, the current solo raid is not really good for snipers though. All important parts are so far apart so more often than not you'll only hit 1 part instead of multiple parts. Not to mention that unlike regular storm bringer this SR boss are almost coreless (at least for me) so SBS are clearly at advantage compared to RH
i'm honestly amazed how nikke community sometimes overrate some characters and underrate other.
I'm failing to understand in what pink-glassed world D:KW is a must pull when we have literally stronger CDR unit which is Volume (-8.21 cd) and we even have Dorothy for that role. Damage buffs are mid at best and only because damage type is an indirect Red Hood buff who is already op. All other dmg buffs are shit af - 5%? don't make me laugh. Burst buffs are weird as well because you realistically need only one of them at any given boss and buff triggers on her burst, not full burst which leads to your nikkes accidentally procing wrong buff (if it activated on full burst instead, you could've prevented that with coordinated aiming).
Conclusion: easy skip, only usable for those who don't have any CDR on account or for niche strat to stack buffs on Red Hood/Alice, which will crumble the moment your precious single dps character gets a sneeze from high dmg attack.

It just depends. D is something of a *side-grade* to Liter. They are interchangeable. It just depends on the stage/boss. (IE does the boss have a core? A lot of regenerating parts? No parts? Are mobs stacked on top of each other? etc.)
