I absolutely love how not scripted/less scripted your channel is. First impressions feel like first impressions. Mistakes and design pivots are left in, making it feel like real life. So many makers and crafters edit everything together so seamlessly, it causes people to either feel like they're not good enough to try, or makes people think it's super easy, and then they're frustrated when something goes wrong. Y'all keep it real and show that mistakes are not only OK, but fun and times to laugh, head back to the craft/hardware store, and treat it like an opportunity to adapt your ideas. As a very amateur D&D terrain builder/mini painter/crafter who makes mistakes constantly, I really appreciate that reminder that even pros make mistakes, and it's fine - chances are, no one will ever know but you.
Now that Halloween is almost over, perhaps it is time to consider a Mari Lwyd for the Christmas season. Delightfully ghoulish skeletal horse for you two to ponder. I love your creativity.
My favorite thing about Mari Llwyd is that the tradition itself is that if you can’t beat the person in the costume in a rap battle, you have to let them into your house to raid your fridge and alcohol.
The acrylic pupils you added to the eyes made Nozzles' face ten times creepier than it normally is. It also looks better when the eyes are lit versus the painted-on ones. Amazing what a small change can do for a prop!
Amazing! I live in a third floor condo with nowhere to put big decorations. But we love walking around the neighborhood, looking at Halloween decor. Sadly, none of our neighbors rise to your level of wicked excellence.
Wanted to thank the two of you for all the inspiration. Used the pouring bottle into a punch bowl in a black widow wedding scene. Your tips on the cauldron were great for the witches cabin. Would love to send you a video just not sure where to send it. Have a great Halloween and look forward to all your content.
I was very nervous at how this would turn out. The proportions and everything are so different but you guys knocked it out of the park! I honestly dont mind the maroon pants and different features. There are a million different jokers in a million different universes. Maybe in this universe where your Joker is from, the chemicals he fell in, messed with more then his skin. His body.and everything mutated! The maroon pants too help add a subtle color thats not too contrasting but still helps to differentiate the pants from the shirt.
I mean when you look at some of the more radical redesign's like the one from the batman(the cartoon from the early 2000's not the movie) its not the most extreme design for joker.
I have an idea to complement the Joker. With some false pipes, connect them where the smoke comes out. Then at the end of the pipes, connect them to some giant cylindrical containers, which have in huge letters "laughing gas"
Wow Jamie, that paint job is awesome!! You guys have nailed it again!! Too coo!! Also, I vote for a yard filled with Krampus and crew for Christmas!! You guys could do it some serious justice, NO DOUBT!!
For future reference, fog machines and the large black lights are not part of the end of season sale. I know a lot of people are always annoyed/angry when an animatronic that involves fog doesn't include the fog machine but I do believe the box states what's included in it.
@@quinnzelreign8775 Indeed. The website does say explicitly that it doesn't include the fog machine but the box does not. The box lists out three other optional accessories (step pad, multi-prop controller, etc.) but they purposely left out the mention of the fog machine anywhere on the box. It's not exactly false advertising but they're clearly obfuscating the fact that it isn't in there, which is disappointing.
@@WickedMakers I had a few customers that were looking at Nozzles and the first thing I told them all was that the fog machine wasn't included. Even though it would be nice it the box stated it, I've learned that most people don't bother reading the boxes so I always tell my employees to make sure they state what the animatronics do. It sucks if we don't sell one but it sucks even more if it gets returned.
Another absolute banger of a video , you two are always knocking it out of the park with your creations. I love watching you two take these already amazing animatronics and decorations and then upping them up to 1000% .
Nice! The whole fog machine thing is definitely not cool on Spirit side but you guys made an excellent Joker out of Nozzle the suggestively named clown!
Wicked Makers - you have made this Halloween season particularly awesome for my family. I have four kids, most of whom are terrified of Halloween props and decorations. It's been a struggle every year because my husband and I love going to Halloween stores. This year we started watching your videos, and our kids really enjoyed them. We sit down on Sundays and watch the new videos together! But a bonus side effect has been that, as the kids watch you going through the creative process (particularly on the animatronics) they've been able to see how the props work and how they can be remade. This has made them a lot less afraid! They can even name the animatronics as we walk through the Spirit Halloween store, and they know what each of them do. This has been really great for us. We appreciate the family-friendly aspect of your videos as well, and how well made and edited they are. Thank you! Keep making content :)
Love hearing this!! It’s very similar with our kids right now. Demystifying the props has helped our 5 year old get over some of his fears of them and helped him it enjoy the holiday more. Thanks so much for your comment!
phenomenal job! I am so jealous of Jamie's painting abilities. You both do such great work but painting all these different materials and making them looks good with all the layers is incredible.
Your makeovers always look so much better than the original. That was such a great idea turning this into the Joker. One thing I might have added is some HAhaha on his clothing or on his face. Honestly it looks so much better & scarier than the original.
Wow, you guys do a such a good job first before I watch you make it. I skipped to the very end when you showcase it and I actually thought for a second the nozzles were supposed to be like cigars. You guys are great and making props. And redoing.
First off, great custom build. It’s not the first time ‘Spirit’ says something on their box but doesn’t include all the equipment. Fog machine for this one and I remember a rocking character with ‘no’ chair, and another. But you guys always pull through. Congrats on going full-time and good luck. 👍🎃👻
This was a cool make-over. Have you seen the Creeper? We got one from Spirit Halloween and out of the box, he's creepy but generic. Could you do that one next?
Such a huge improvement. Sprit really should be more clear about the need of a fog machine and a specific one at that. Very nice work on this project in spite of that obstacle. 😊
This is done so well I think you should make another joker animatronic like this. Another thing was it was hard to watch you cutting and ruining the clothing but it turned out great.🃏🃏
He sprays fog. You could have turned him into the scarecrow with his fear toxin. That would have been so amazing going with the design from the Nolan movies / Arkham games
This looks awesome, the one change would be to change the nozzle with something that looks like spray bottles that are a bit more akin to the jokers laughing gas. Other then that, fantastic build.
Very cool. Looks much better than the original. I don't think I would have used that bowtie and I probably would have darkened his hair a bit, but you did an excellent job. Fantastic as always. 🤘
It’s so cool to see such a happy couple do amazing projects and also have amazing chemistry and always happy! And also have amazing art skills. Great job keep up the good work! Stay wicked!🤘🏼

I’d like to see you guys make over haunted hill animatronics Halloween props. Those could really use your talents. Take a cheap prop and turn it into something great

I just finished tearing down the Spirit Store I worked at for this year and I hate that I can quote every line this animatronic says. The funniest thing about our display one was that his arm was actually broken and he’d still say “I’m the picture of health!”
You guys should look into asking if the company would make blank kits that you can customise… your customising is amazing and thank you again for an amazing project out come x
That is going into my favourites box! It would be awesome if Mark Hammill would do a personalized voice over for Nozzles! Love your channel guys always fun! Jamie where did you find the button down skull shirt? My wife loves it!
These overhauls look amazing, it would be cool if they had the sound to match. I wonder how hard it would be to replace the audio files/chips with something else. I might see if I can find one on clearance & try for next year.
Even though I don’t like clowns, this makeover was dope! You guys are epically talented and so enjoyable to watch; I wish you lots of luck in the future of your channel and congrats on going full time! 🎃
Sadly can't get nozzles the clow where i live but Would definitely have turn him into a jack frost and change the leds to blue , i mean his nose looks like a carrot. Would hide the hair under a top hat(paint it white where it cant be hidden , paint eyes black (like pieces of coal), nose orange with brown wash , black teeth (again like pieces of coal), inside of mouth white, nozzles dirty brass. Cloth wise i would go with white winter overalls (very lightly dirty but not a lot more dusty than dirty) with big and black boots with spikes for walking on ice. His nozzles spraying with cold blue light would give this frost blast effect (would turn off sound of course)
I think building off of the Batman mythos would be awesome! Continuing with characters like Solomon Grundy, Professor Pyg, Mad Hatter, and others like them! I think Professor Pyg would be fun to do using the newish Leatherface animatronic.
That is AWESOME! I've never used a fog machine, would it be possible to use green fog for it? The light on the nozzle looks good, but after the fog moves away it just looks normal.
I loved this transformation! Definitely an upgrade, spookier and making it a more recognizable character adds to the 'realness'! A small touch that I would add would be a 'toxic' or 'poison' symbol on the nozzles like on the original shirt!
The reason that the fog machine wasnt working instantly is because the fog machine takes a minute to warm up. So next time you activate him, heat the fog machine in advance
I like this a lot. Though I would suggest aging the hands a bit with a nice paint job or just white gloves, and darkening the hair a bit so its not too bright green
Jamie did such an amazing job on the paint job for the face!! What a huge difference. This all came together so well. I love the hands you guys attached. Your halloween content makes me so happy. When i get a house, i will definitely begin projects like this.
This was an amazing upgrade! The only finishing touch I think that would have really sold the Joker aesthetic would have been adding can bottoms to the nozzles with "Smilex" labels on them (the jokers spray of choice) then it would look like he was spraying his deadly poison from funky handheld dispensers!
hey Jane and Jamie, I absolutely LOVE your videos! But, I have one question. where do you store all of your props? I’m just curious to see where you store them 🎃
I thought the lips would look awful when y’all described how you wanted them sloppy but it looks perfect. It reads exactly like badly applied lipstick. And that’s just one part of how great it all is
By cutting into the armpit of the Jacket you can the extend the side seam to meet at a smaller arm hole, since it's just a pool noodle diameter that needs to fit. That should help his clothes lie better on his frame.
I would love to see what you guys do with spirit Halloweens two scoops animatronic they are really cool but I would love to see what you guy could turn them in to
Out of the box, to me, he looks like Snow Miser from The Year Without a Santa (1974) on a bad make up day. Glad you could do something with it because it was one of my least wanted Spirit Halloween creatures. He just looked like someone had left over parts and were told to make something on a drunken afternoon. I also agree that not coming with the fogger is bad enough but compatible with SH fog machine to make it work properly is just WRONG!

By cutting into the armpit of the Jacket you can the extend the side seam to meet at a smaller arm hole, since it's just a pool noodle diameter that needs to fit. That should help his clothes lie better on his frame.
Excellent job!! He gave me vibes that he is a cousin to the Heat Miser (Rudolph the reindeer).
I would love to see what you guys do with spirit Halloweens two scoops animatronic they are really cool but I would love to see what you guy could turn them in to
His face reminds me of the jester animatronics in that castle ride from 2002 Scooby Doo.
😡I would be angry about the fog too.
awesome makeover. 🃏
💀👍
Happy Halloween! 🎃👻
Those eyes are TERRIFYING. I love it, amazing job!!!
Once again you nailed it!!
