Great rcipes. I have your first vegan recipe book I think, and my favorite recipe in there is the easy peasy pasta. I like to add mushrooms to that if I remember, but even without those it's great. Lasts me about a week, because I eat 1 portion and have 4 or 5 portions left over for the fridge or freezer.
I am loving these narrated videos: I LOVE your videos and have all your books but one thing I would love you to do is narrate all your videos in future as I don't always have time to watch but I can listen and I would know by listening which recipes are suitable for my family ( we are all vegan, I am a coeliac) and are within our limited budget. Also can you do more gluten free baking, breads, biscuits, cakes etc as healthy as possible and a video on using and preserving 'waste' food inc peelings, leek and spring onion tops etc would be fab. Love you guys, thanks for making Vegan more mainstream, very different to when we went vegan (12 years ago). Much love x x
I just bought all the ingredients to make all these recipes. Started with the Indian Spiced Tomato Soup and it was really good. I added cooked lentils and topped it with almond yogurt and chopped cilantro. So tangy and yummy! Love how so many of these ingredients are common among the recipes, it was easy to shop for. Thanks for these great recipes!
Made the Spanish Bean Stew. Notes: When they say "cherry tomatoes" they imply they are diced (I tried just halving them but they didn't cook down well, quarter them at least). I used dried split peas in place of one can of beans as I had them already and appreciate using dried when possible as they take less space in the cupboard. I will blend some of this and mix it back in, to thicken it and correct for the cherry tomatoes not cooking down enough. We don't usually love tomato-based dishes, as the acid can make you still feel hungry after you've eaten, but I figured I'd try this out and see how it goes. Hopefully with hummus and bread this will be ok :) Made the tomato soup - use cardamom SEEDS, not pods (unless you remove the pods after heating and take the seeds out and put them back in, which is what I had to do. Found this soup v acidic so mix-in some yogurt or coconut milk to make Cream of Tomato instead :P
Great recipes! ❤️ Thank you so much. You.can always rinse a tin of baked beans in a colander to get rid of the sweet tomato sauce if you don’t it in the curry recipe. Stay well. 😀
Hello guys. Hope you're well. My favourite Waterstones book shop closed on the 23th of march, I went there and bought your new book. It was very bittersweet. Take good care and stay safe🌹
Gonna be making the Spanish bean stew this week. The hearty herby stew is a regular now in our home. Keep it up guys! Greetings from the island of Malta 😃
This channel is for Garlic Red Onion Lemon Lovers. Hearty Herby Stew looks like Minestrone Italian soup. I will definitely try the Hummus Curry. It looks so good
Great video and recipes, just what we need at this time (or anytime, really) :) I've ordered your healthy vegan recipe book too, hoping delivery will be okay. I already have the first Bosh book, made a few things from there. Keep em coming! :)
Have you guys ever thought about a cook book for one? Recipes for single people who don’t want to eat batch cooked food? I don’t like eating the same thing everyday and I am sure I am not the only one. And I love to cook. Fresh. Just sayin.
It’s a huge fruit which when served very young has a similar texture to well stewed meat. In the UK, I’ve not seen it fresh, but it comes in tins from most supermarkets. It’s called Young green Jackfruit. I know people who loathe it and people who love it. I love it. It’s great in a stew. Try just one tin to see if you’re a love it or loathe it.
@@gillosborne9516 Never heard of it, neither in the US nor in Germany. Never saw it in supermarkets in either country. It looks like some kind of mushroom, but I guess it is not. Thank you anyway!!!
I would love to make some of your dishes, as they look delicious and nutritious. But sadly, there are no imperial measurements. America is a big place, with lots of vegans. Please include us. : )
Maybe the recipes are top notch, I will never know. The unnecessary and distracting face came with none stop talking just killed the vibe. It's about the food guys.. :/

I will definitely try the Hummus Curry. It looks so good
Jackfruit chilli that sounds amazing. But chocolate? That’s interesting.
A qué se refiere en cada receta con tomate oil ? No es olive oil ?
Great ideas, going to start with the shepherds pie as I love mushrooms, thanks for sharing. Stay safe 😘
Just made the jackfruit chilli. It is so tasty. When I seen walnuts and chocolate I wasnt sure but had them on hand so I said why not, A++
And was it good? Hahaha it has shocked me to see chocolate in the recipe xDD

Great job keep up the good work.

I haven't tamed a jackfruit yet.. one day lol. I'll try the getting water out 1st thanks.
I am going to try that hummus curry
Mushroom “meat” is delicious I add soy sauce, and liquid smoke. Gives it a nice flavour. But if I’m doing pasta I leave out the soy sauce.
I want to eat all of this.
Same! 🤣
Give this a big 👍👍👍👍
WOW< gotta try some of those but now on lockdown, can't get some of the ingredients..
Swap out what you can and get creative!
Watch this space. We're gonna address problem soon! xx
Great video and self isolation friendly recipe's. Keep safe and well everyone. Apply social distancing.
Mushrooms are super expensive in Australia About £6 a kilo. Still you need to buy many. 🤣🤣
Cavelo Nero? What is that?
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
3 meters apart!!
😬Our lenses aren't that wide!
Thanks Bosh boys
If I'm not gonna be able to get a job as a taste tester how about a marriage proposal? 👀😉😁🙃 I do love you guys Definitely ❣️
Haha! Well, Ian is single...
I need recipes that do not have tomatoes, because I am seriously allergic.
I had to watch this in .75 speed LOL....
Onion & Tomato in every recipe, no good if you suffer from acid reflux 😔
What on earth is "Jackfruit"?
Lydia Bell duck duck go it
