I learned to add a little plant milk to firm tofu if you don't have silken tofu to mix in like they did here. That tip was from Bosh. Everything they make is so delicious!
That sweet and sour tofu looks incredible! I'm going to switch out pineapple juice for orange (because that's what I have, and because I'm not a huge fan of pineapple lol). With regard to the Satay sauce, according to what he says, he adds the juice of "2 limes" to the cornstarch/sriracha mixture, but according to the subtitle, he added the juice of 1/2 lime. Which is the correct amount: 2 limes or 1/2 lime???

I always add the black salt after cooking. Adding the black salt while cooking, makes its eggy taste dissapear (because it is heat sensitive).
