  • This is a short film about some Northern line trains at Chalk Farm station in the London borough of Camden.
Chalk Farm is just one station north of Camden Town, which is a major Northern line hub with northbound branches to Edgware and High Barnet as well as southbound branches via Bank and Charing Cross. Chalk Farm station was opened in 1907 and is situated on the Edgware branch of the line. When the station opened, all trains ran to Charing Cross, but today southbound services also run via Bank.
The station does not have escalators. There are either lifts or a staircase to reach the platforms. Another unique feature of the station is the long wedge-shaped station building at the intersection of Adelaide Road, Haverstock Hill and Chalk Farm Road.
All trains on the northern line are operated by the lovely 1995 Tube Stock.
    Enjoy!
