I got a Zotac 4090 OC edition and a 13700k loaded in this bad boy. This motherboard is GREAT. I went with 32GB of ddr5 Corsair dominator platinum ram, chips are prescreened for highest quality use only.
Got this MB too and put another on into my brothers PC. Best board price wise.
Bought this today, gonna pick it up at the pickup point tomorrow, along with 64GB of DDR5 RAM.
I hear people complain about not enough RGB, meanwhile I'm the exact opposite, I just hate RGB so I always disable it on all my components if I cant get my hands on non RGB components.

@@AexoeroV Working pretty good, although its just a motherboard. I think what matters more than a MB is the rest of the components.
@@EricTheBroBean if it's a stable MB then it's a good thing, on Amazon i seen dozens of one star reviews and i was reluctant to order it but i looked over MSI and Gigabyte Z790 MBs and all of them have bad reviews too, even the higher tier Asus MBs. In my country its the cheapest Z790 MB at the moment, the price was on par with the TUF Z790 but now its 70 USD (in our currency) cheaper than the TUF. Im building a PC and i dont have money to buy all components together so i wont be able to test the board once it arrives. I'm planning to pair it with a i9 13900K CPU and 4070 or 4070 TI GPU. What components you paired with the board, and could you recommend some good ddr5 ram and maybe a good but affordable ATX 3.0 1000W PSU with the PCIe 5.0 16 pin connector? Thanks a lot!
@@MitchJanssen1 A few days ago my PC started bluescreening, so i reinstalled windows 2 times and still got random bluescreens out of nowhere.
The errorcodes were so random so i could never pinpoint the issue, i returned the MB, CPU and RAM with the 60 days return policy, bought the same CPU again, different MB and RAM.
Went for the ROG Strix Z790-F
So Asus still doesn´t add bios usb flash...

@@JeanChristopheDELHAYE After some research it seems like both are almost identical. Prime has an additional heat sink for m.2 which helps but Tuf is having better audio.
They are basically identical, one comes with white and one with black. I will just go with the cheaper one.

I ordered this motherboard few days ago, I just saw your video right now and I am happy I got this one. Did a lot of research, it was like 250€ in Europe.
I will use a 12700k for now and a rtx 4070, then switch to a 14900k ( got a good cooler which can handle this cpu and good power supply)
How many memory can this use

yup it does. it supports 12th gen up to 14th gen CPUs.
it is specifically designed for the 13/14th gen cpus and supports all 12th gen cpus as well.

@@amortalbeing Do you know if I will need to do a bios update with 14th gen out the box? I have a 14700k and I've been stuck deciding on a mobo for over a week. I need something white and supports 14th gen out of box with no bios flash.
@@DX6860 depends on the motherboard, the best way to know this is to check the motherboard's page you are interested in and see if its new/came out for 14th gen specifically or it has updated bios itself, or has easy bios (you copy the latest bios in a flash drive, stick it to the designated usb port in motherboard, and press a button, it will flash/update the bios without the cpu being installed.
