When you have the shifters or shoot out you should get some barriers to block the path off and maybe some signs for them just so if anything did ever happen people can’t be like well I didn’t know and it shows you’ve tried warning people so it’d look better on you as well. Could probably find some cheap barriers on marketplace
Shame the shoot wasn’t up to spec. I think if you sent the conveyor through the ground floor window, it would work better and maybe a shoot in the floor above instead of blocking all the stairs, crap or even screw wood to the outside of the shoe like those floorboards underneath to support itto stop it separating, you could staple the inside of the back with the plank on the outside which would give it more rigid structure. Also, I’ve seen where they build a wooden shoe in a demolition. I get some ladder segments screw melamine board in the middle with high sides. I’ll drop it out the window at the top the conveyor through the ground floor window. That way you can separate what you have been doing going through the front door with the conveyor is awkward and you need to look at way of swiveling the conveyor, but I think they fix the shoot to ladders underneath the rigidity. @@anthonymellor174 yeah I think it would have worked but the lads tried it and moved onto buckets when it started playing up. I think a scaffold chute would work! Make a solid one out of boards straight into the tippers next time.

Hire a crane for the gate lift your first loss is your best loss ( cheapest)
