Those shifters are worth their weight in gold. You need a mini grab truck that could be out with a man, earning while also being available for your own jobs. Did they lower that steel during the knock-through? They knew what was wrong and hoped it wasn’t picked up.
Also, you need to get the lads organised and ensure the tools are put away properly, keeping the site clear. It’s frustrating to watch and important to keep track of all the tools.
