I'm going to have to agree with you that is exactly what I'm running and it's very distinctive I have the juice with attitude also and my people can her me coming from across town lol. Some love it and most hate it
I have the MBRP straight pipe it's great except when I tow most of the time. Needs a resonator to take a little bark out at 2300 to 2500 rpms to much in cab drone. Pulling a trailer. Or loaded truck. Just like my old Kenworth.
I think the 4” turbo back straight pipe sounds the best with a 5” tip that’s what I have and I think it sounds the best
But the 8 tip
Surprisingly I actually know what I want LOL 4 in straight pipe with a 6-in tip sounds great.
Nothing like the sound of a diesel engine. I love it. :)
That and the sound of an 18-wheeler shifting gears.
Big cam 3 with 6" straight pipe and Jake on #3 the reason why no engine brake signs were created
That stock with tip sounds amazing
It does. I'm rocking straight 3 as of now
@@im.the.wanderer I think I’m gonna do straight 3 too.
Straight 4 for the win
It does sound good i have on mine but it’s starting to fall apart so I’m looking for something new
Is it stock straight?
Love it man can’t wait to see pt2
God that truck @ 1:45 gnarly, probably lives in an apartment complex ;-)
I have a 01 with a 4" Straight pipe and a Edge Comp... When I put it on Level 5 and Stand on it.....It Sounds GREAT
4” with a 6” tip sounds throaty!! I currently have a 5” straight. Had to throw on a resonator because the drone was so bad
Best set up is a 5in turbo back axle dump straight pipe with a 8in tip 🚜💨
I really like the 4 to a 8. 5 to a 8 is good too

Personally I like the banks monster exhaust. It's not very loud but thats just me
Couple of the third gens in this video are in desperate need of some injectors haha
4” straight all the way. Axle dump with no tip. Keeps it quiet inside the cab.
I'm running straight 5" from turbo back to axle dump with a 8" tip I'll get a video for ya

4” with resonator and 6” tip. Sounds the best performs the best. Ya’ll need some back pressure with them stacks boy.
Don't need back pressure
Anything over a 4 inch is distorted but I also keep hearing in the cab isnt very pleasant with 5 inch and up I'm going to go with 4" to 6" tip
YOURE going from a 5 to a 4?
3:34 no kidding rip neighbors. that thing sounds like and old john deere D
4” straight pipe with 6” or less tip sounds the best
I concur. 4 inch straight with 6" tip.
A Factory stock 97, 5sp 12v!
(Only... because that's what I have 😁).
Seriously though.... that 4" straight pipe got my vote.
My 2004.5 359 cid has a 4 inch, my 2015 408 cid has a 5 inch. Love then both.
5in straight 6in tip
It all depends on the engine mods.
plain old 4 inch straight, nothing beats that,
Thay all sound good but the 4" straight to a 8" tip just 💦💦💦💦💦
Yes sirrr
I'd rather just have a silent exhaust with a diesel. I don't like how they sound.
Man your dad must be proud of the little girl he raised
I read this and thought it was a comment to the video and not a response 😂 got so salty
You like boys👍🏼
Then just get a gas truck.
