    I am cure within 10min after doing yoga .wow, it is best video for gastric problem on TH-cam. Now, all gas gone . Me and my stomach is happy .🎉

    Baba ramdev ki Jai. Raat ko 1-2 baje k karib pain start hua. Parents ko uthana ni chahta Tha to youtube pe yoga search Kiya gastic pain ka. Apka video aaya 5 min me bilkul theek. Thank you. Aaj se apka rini ho gaya

    Captions: Translation:
    Now we are doing 5 postures for stomach problems: Gastric, constipation, acidity, colitis, crohn's disease.
    [Note: Asana means posture]
    1. Pavanamukt Asana [knees to nose]
    [says something??] Inhale the breath [3 sec], then exhale the breath completely [forceable exhales]...and try to touch your nostril with your knee [holding 25 seconds]. Relax.
    2. After Pavanmukt Asana we are going to do Uttanpadasana [legs 30 degrees]
    Take a deep breath, then raise both your legs to 30 degrees. Keep your both legs straight at 30 degrees, not more. [holding 25-30 seconds] Very good. [laughs]
    This is Uttanpadasana for structural balance and for digestion.
    3. That's Naukasana. [legs and arms stretched some degrees]
    [Then demonstrates raising body and legs - hold for 15 seconds?] - Very good.
    This is Naukasana.
    4. Now we are doing Padangusthasana? [toe to nose]
    ............ Asana. This is a little bit critical .... ?
    [shows: exhale, right leg, toe to nose, holds 10 seconds?]
    Now from left leg [repeats as above]. Very Good.
    5. Now with both legs - [holds 10 sec? - both toes to nose]
    Relax.
    These postures are very very beneficial for stomach problems.

    I am suffering from severe abdominal pain, gastritis and full acidity whole day last 2-3 years. Last month i have done all my tests like endoscopy, colonoscopy ctscan, sonography of whole abdomen.my weight continues decrease from 63kg to 46 kg in 2 years.I am doing yoga 20 min last 10 days within 4-5 days i am getting 90% relief, completely stop the medicine.yoga vardaan hai manavjati k liye.

    I had a stomach problem since 10 year, i had spinal cord problem since 7 years. I was much stressed in last 10 years. But after watching yoga i started since 10 days.     You are living guru. I started practicing this yoga for few days. I am little confused with the breadth particularly for pose 3. Do we inhale or exhale? Correct me! Pose 1: exhale, 2: Inhale, 3: inhale, 4: exhale and 5: exhale. Thanks
