How I studied for my online 200 hour yoga teacher training with Yogamu

I share my tips for taking an online 200 hour yoga teacher training class. I recently graduated from Yogamu 200 YTT.
Find your true reason for taking a yoga teacher training.
Find study skills that work best for your learning style.
Start by skimming the entire YTT 200 course content. Find out which segments you’re most interested in.
Increase your stamina to be able to complete a 60 minute + yoga class.
Be prepared to spend more time on Anatomy & Physiology, the recorded classes and the handbook.

Hi there, I noticed in your other video you have the actual physical book for the Yogamu course. I’m currently taking the course and there’s the digital format in the course but I can’t find the textbook version online. Also, This video was extremely helpful, thank you for making it! hello I came across you looking for information about Yogamu - I'm considering taking the 200 hr course - and have seen some reviews that said the videos were hard to hear and understand, etc. How did you find the quality of the course in general?

It’s a training straight from India. The teachers are Indian speaking in English and there are subtitles if you need them.
