- 👋 In todays review we get to check out the all new 2024 Ford Ranger Raptor! This is essentially a mini version of the very popular Ford F150 Raptor! It definitely mimics a lot of the design characteristics but are proportional to the smaller bodied truck! The 2024 Ford Ranger Raptor is a mid size truck that has a great amount of offroading technology and performance! From the travel in the suspension, to the skid plates, wheel/tire setup and the power from that engine! The Ford Ranger Raptor only has one engine option which is shared with the Bronco Raptor, just with less power. It still has plenty of power however for the lighter weight that it is!
The exterior for the 2024 Ford Ranger Raptor has a great look and with the graphics package, adds that more exciting factor! The interior is just as nice with great materials and an easy layout for everything!
Driving the all new 2024 Ford Ranger Raptor was nice! It's so smooth with the suspension, comfortable and quiet! This would make for a great daily driver because it gives you almost a sportscar vibe with the modes and the seating position, but in a truck! So you can have fun driving around, but also have the capabilities of a pickup truck!
In the midsize lineup, this 2024 Ford Ranger Raptor is in line with the competition as far as pricing goes! It is however, the only vehicle to offer a twin turbo V6. The competition is offering four cylinder turbos, so if you don't want a four cylinder, the Ranger Raptor will be the only option! (there is the Nissan Frontier, Honda Ridgeline and Jeep Gladiator), but those can't compete offroad wise!
All great options though depending on how you plan to use the truck!

I had the old ranger raptor with the 2.0 diesel biturbo and believe me a raptor needs a faster engine that’s why it is a raptor. I’m waiting for my next gen raptor and is coming this month 🥳
Because nobody wants a 4 cylinder in a truck. This is a muscle truck.
Nice pickup but I sure like my 2024 tacoma TRD off-road my was a lot cheaper I only gave 43,169 dollars I got basic Trd off-road no extras and then I put 33 inch BF GOODRICH all terrain tires on it they fit perfectly with no lift

Sport mode is not the loudest exhaust setting. That would be Baja mode.
They sound exactly the same.
I put an order in for one of these a couple weeks ago at my favorite local dealership. No deposit needed, no dealership doc fees, no obligation to buy, and NO MARKUP!!! The only caveat is that i would potentially be trading in my 2023 F150 Raptor. Living in a urban/suburban part of New England i think the Ranger Raptor may fit my lifestyle a bit better than the F150 version. I mean it would be nice to be able to drive into a normal touchless car wash to get a quick rinse in from time to time. Can't do that with the F150 Raptor (at least not near me). Plus at that price point (version ordered just over $58K) my payment could potentially drop by close to $200/month. So I can still have a fun vehicle to drive for less money. You still have to put premium fuel in the Ranger Raptor but not 36 gallons worth like the F150. I'm sure it will be a couple months at least before the ranger comes in so only time will tell. Two things I'm curious about...1) I am 6'3" normal build...will i fit comfortably? 2) No ventilated seats is a headscratcher. wondering if there is some sort of engineering reason why that was omitted as you can't get ventilated seat on the Bronco Raptor either and that approaches $100K. My F150 Raptor has it. My situation is pretty good...even if i don't take delivery, I'm still driving home in a bad ass Raptor!
What difference does it make if you have a 36 gallon or 22 gallon? You only use what you drive. So technically a 36 gallon is better. Less stops.
If you don’t want to fill it all the way up, you don’t have to. You have more choices with a 36 gallon. Stinks the Ranger is only 22. I wish it was bigger. Less stops.
Remember you only use fuel when driving.
@@ryanb8736 TBH. yeah it doesn't make a whole lot of difference except that end result of a fill up is a smaller number each time. I don't think i have ever actually filled my tank since getting the Raptor as all the pumps shut off at $100 around me. I typically say that's enough and usually that leaves me with about 3/4 of tank full.
Idk man….I just can’t pull myself to buy the Ranger Raptor. My Raptor 37 is so awesome in everything I need it to do, and I also live in an urban area (Portland). Gotta make some compromises, but the F150 Raptor is probably the best truck ever made, period, in term of comfort, livability, and capability. I think I’d get claustrophobic if I drive a Ranger Raptor….
@@whocaresjustdoit I feel you there man. Every time i get behind the wheel it is awesome. I haven't bought the Ranger yet and i have no obligation to do so. I would say at this point it is 10-20% chance i go with the Ranger as i will likely never be able to get another F150 Raptor again.
