    I had joined an IT co. in July 2023 (had signed a bond) but absconded within a week. In the month of June/July 24 that co. sent me Form 16 showing approx. 30K as my salary which is also reflecting in my ITR, which I was never paid. I dropped a mail to reverse this or pay my salary but they have ignored my mails. Can I sue them for this, please help?

      You can file a case but The company can also sue you

    I left my company because my TL was against me and was doing favouritism. He was creating a toxic work environment which was causing me mental stress on daily basis.

    Whatever it be said. Employees, still are, slave and sufferer.. No one leaves good company but no one wants to stay back at harsh conditions/ poor returns
