The WHA story is wild. Gretzky signed Indianapolis because the WHA didn’t have a minimum age for signing. Of course he eventually got moved to Edmonton (Indianapolis needed the money). When the WHA merged with the NHL, WHA were allowed to protect 2 players with NHL rights and then the rest of the players were subject to the merger draft. Gretzky technically should have been draft eligible but since he was so young when he “signed” his “contract” the NHL permitted the oilers to keep him

Those concepts are excellent, you should do 1 a day + all the stuff you are already doing. As for Mojo, his stuff was good but there are a lot of teams he didn't do: Chicago Cougars, Cleveland Crusaders, Los Angeles Sharks/Michigan Stags, Philadelphia/Vancouver Blazers, Baltimore Blades and finally, the Denver Spurs. Mojo, if you read my comment, give it a shot, you've already made one very interesting WHA jersey concept, there is room for another one my friend.
