Also, the reason why your jerseys are fitting differently is due to the fact some or authentic pro and some are not. For instance, the Chicago Blackhawks jersey is not an authentic pro so even though it’s 50 like Utah’s they’re different styles (premium, breakaway etc.)

YES!!! What you said about the Ducks and how they should drop the orange pants is spot on! They did it right last year with the 3rd jersey by wearing the black pants. I get that they're going all in on "Orange Country" but C'mon... It's too much.

I agree with so much of this. Ottawa needs to move forward. I’d love to see FL and Pitts us their old logos in alts. Boston should 💯use the centennial 3rd. The Caps need an eagle focused rebrand. The Jets, call me nuts, could stay the course and continue to use the throwbacks and alternates where they see fit. Carolina needs consistency. Tampa needs a new identity, a new secondary color, maybe even adopt the name Gasparillas full time and use that awesome skull and sword logo.

After getting the Caps 3rd jersey they have an easy rebrand…promote the 3rd as a home, and a white matching one for away. I can’t believe how much I like that 3rd jersey and I wasn’t much of a fan of its original outing. The Islanders can kill two birds with one stone, they aren’t going to get a new look until they get a new GM….they need a new GM.

Youve got some super valid points. But for me, An outdated jersey sucks for about 5 years before it's cool to have again. Ive got a couple traded players I got for cheap, like an O'Riley Blues 90s, and while it kinda sucks now because hes not with them, its gonna be awesome again once he retires.

the white is the interpretation of ice...without the white in the logo and numbers the jersey looks dead

the old flying skate with white and white in the numbers on border popped more, the redesign is ugly

Tbh it’s sad that people say it’s “political” when all these nights do is bring awareness and are for good causes. As a hockey fan, I ask the NHL why can’t we do both? We can spread awareness with amazing jersey designs like the ones you showed us and have a great game. Hopefully we can get to a time where we can do that again! 🎉

Your critique is pretty universal across all sports. I of course focus more on NFL and College Football, but the same rules apply. There are certain companies I absolutely refuse to send my jerseys to, because the customization is not great quality. For a casual fan maybe, but not if you’re nitpicky about the small details.

Not a fan of the current (temporary) jerseys (especially the diagonal text) and the team, but I do like their colors. If you do not plan to ever sell it, you should consider customizing it.

I have a new Oilers fanatics jersey, and there is nothing on the inside bottom of the jersey. I did like the dimples a lot, the jersey looked more high quality and more „authentic“ with them. Overall I prefer Adidas jerseys but fanatics did a good enough job as well.

I personally prefer the shiny NHL shield as to the holographic one, just because it looks so much more professional and bold

I bought the Ducks white Premier jersey and the Sabres blue authentic pro jersey. Got them both from BenH. The Ducks one has the words Ducks Hockey inside the tail of the jersey but the Sabres one doesn't have any writing inside the tail. The Sabres one does have a star with what looks like lightning bolts (I think that's from the Buffalo city flag) on the inside of the neck. I am so happy that Fanatics is selling the on ice authentics, I wish they would sell the authentic white jerseys also. I do like the NHL shield on the neck better on the Fanatics. The one on the adidas was too stiff and pokey.

What I don't like about the Fanatics jerseys and it didn't hit me till after I bought the Black skate Canucks jerseys is that the L/52 feels snug. I went back to my Adidas jerseys to check them out and I noticed it there too but no much snug as Fanatics. I grew up in the era of CCM, Koho, Nike, Reebok and the L/52s feels A LOT looser, with more breathing room. I don't want to have to start buying XL to get the more looser feel of the jersey. I like to wear sweaters under my jerseys when I go to games because it's cold AF inside the arenas and they feel really snug and I didn't have that problem with the old school jerseys. I miss the dimples in the Adidas jerseys... LOL. IDK why but I do. It's something I didn't know I needed in my jerseys but it's gone and it's all good but I miss the dimples. Lol As for Fanatics putting extra patches on the jerseys. I didn't know that they did it for the winter classic patch. I get all my jerseys from CoolHockey and they charge you extra for extra patches, even though it's something the jerseys should have automatically but it makes sense. I have MLS jerseys and if I get them from other online stores, they don't put the apple Tv and MLS patches on the jersey but if you get them from the actual Fanatics site, their jerseys automatically come with those extra patches. Thankfully Fanatics don't sell their jerseys with the sponsor patches on them. I hate those things.
