A few things that have helped to control my hair fall include: (1) I quit wearing hair ties because it causes tension breakage. (2) I began massaging my scalp twice a week with liitleextra cocoonnion hair oil while leaning forward & holding my head inverted to allow blood flow to the scalp. (3) Covering my head while moving out to protect my hair from pollution. (4) Using soft shampoo again from liittleextra only to wash my hair.
I have been using Cocoonioon shampoo and Reacttivate hair serum for almost 4 months and and amazed with the results. Hairfall has significantly decreased a lot and the hair texture has gotten better significantly. Now, I’ve noticed new baby hairs appearing over the past week. It has been one of the happiest moments of my experience.

@@joshdignam959False. Transplanted hair is dht resistant. Even the baldest people dont lose hair on the back of their head. You still have the risk of losing non-transplanted hair if you don't take dht blockers.

Everytime I see a before and after, I always think at the 3 month mark that they didn't put enough grafts in. And then at the 6 month mark it looks amazing.

Multigrafts in the front is a beginner's mistake, this clinic is all amateurs! You never put multigrafts in the front in your life, otherwise you will end up looking like household waste, you should take them to court and sue them! Have fun with your unnaturalness!

Yes of course, we decide on hairline according to wishes of our patients if it is something possible. Of course our doctors advise what is the most natural way for their hairline but final decision belongs to them:)
@SmileHairClinic Please dont blame the patient when results look bad based on their choice (assuming it even was their fault). The practitioner had every right to refuse to perform a very sub optimal request and by choosing to proceed, they need to shoulder at least a large portion of the blame. Patients are not experts and would know roughly what they want but not the minute intricacies. It is the prerogative of the doctor to decipher and interpret and discuss what exactly they want. This person clearly needs a revision with some very minor lowering of the hairline with irregularity.

The hair line is just too high. I don’t know, just my opinion. The density is great but if the density had to be a little less and you could lower the hair line I think it would look much better.
Low density is not preferable for doctors because it does not give the impression of succesful result:) In other hand some options are offered to our patients before the surgery. Some choose denser hair, some choose lower hair line.
@@SmileHairClinic most places tell you that you need two transplants in order for the best result and density. Don’t get a transplant to achieve Steven a smiths hairline. Do it right or save your money. It’s a free country though.

Hello, there is a process called shock loss in 2 months. Your hair will fall but after that, will start to grow permanently. After 3-4 months, you will start to see some results. But final results are seen between 12-18 months. You must be patient 🙏

placing the hairline higher up saves grafts for future procedures. Just because you do a hairtransplant doesnt mean you will stop loosing hair behind the transplant and therefore you want to save grafts by example placing a higher hairline.

Hello, final results are seen when you complete 18 months. Apperance doesn't change after that but you can use finasteride and minoxidil to make your existing hair safe and strong. Also you can usse coconut and argan oils to keep your hair heatlhy. These will help you to make your hair appearance better.

I have a southern American ancestry and so my hair is fairly thick and my dad at 50 years old still pretty much had a great hairline, not god tier, but great but I did notice his corners/temples receded, but that was the main thing really-
I really do wonder if I might benefit from this if I just want to lower my hairline by about half an inch and recover my temples completely, so that I can achieve essentially what I had as a juvenile hairline when I was like 13/14. 24 now and it seems totally possible.

No way this is 5000 grafts , I had 4700 Grafts done in my procedure and was much balder then he was.
But if donor area capacity is enough, we try to increase density also.

As you can see from many results including this there is no harm of 5000 grafts in one session. Our doctors exctract grafts with calculating if it will be some damage or not:)

@@SmileHairClinicProblem is blood supply and the fact that 5000 will completely deplete your donor area. The more grafts, the more the blood supply has to be split up and the more chances of failures and the problem will be, you wont have anything left to harvest. Higher fail rate in other words.

Hello, if the donor area is suitable to extract hair, it's possible. We tried to achieve the best density. And his bald areas were not small.
In my opinion it's a bit of waste. Person like him can have transplanted max 6-7k grafts. What next? He has to take finasteryd to the end of his life and it's a bit of nasty business.
