@TheGebs24 - Thanks! My philosophy for all my videos is "show me, don't just tell me". It drives me crazy when I watch somebody's epic pickup video and they find some super rare game I've never heard of... and they don't show anything but the cartridge! I like to show game play whenever possible.
Thanks for the pick ups video lol. I know what you mean with old game magazines. I was reading some old gamecube magazines the other day. Its crazy to see how gaming evolves so quickly.
@thekorben - The quick answer is no, I don't play or finish every game... but I love collecting in the hopes of one day getting to them all! The great thing about retro game collecting is that 95% of what you add to your collection is CHEAP, so the investment is very small. Plus, it's getting harder & harder to walk in a store and find Atari 2600 & Colecovision games! I need to add those while I can! :)

That's awesome. Im a little jealous, me and my brother's big christmas gift in decemeber of 83 was the colecovision and the atari add-on. Ive been looking for one but most are asking alot of money. I still remember the yard sale my mom had when she sold it, as it's also the yard sale when my brother and I were away in our teens and she sold my mint Millennium Falcon toy. Im 37 and still scarred by it, lol. Loves me mom though!
@dindglebeaver My favorite survival horror was Resident Evil 4, because the controls were just spot on! However, I really want to give CT3 a chance, so I'll make sure and play it some more.

I'm surprised to find out that you like Rock Band. Most people I know that can actually play a guitar seem to despise Guitar Hero and Rock Band. I can't play guitar, but I'd love to learn. I have a lot of those games and I recently picked up Rock Band 3 with the Fender Squire guitar you can use in Pro mode. I haven't had a chance to try it yet, but it will be interesting to see if it can begin to teach me to play. I'd love to hear your thoughts on Rock Smith for the 360 as well.

Enslaved is one of the games on my list. I tried a demo and being a fan of Prince of Persia and platformers like it I wanted to give the game a try. Wow Atari games boxed very nice :) Clock Tower 3 was good and creepy. I was a blast to play but when I went and played Clock Tower for PS1 that made me jump with all the scares :) Yes Broken Sword, nice choice. Playing the 1st game for the Wii, good stuff. Nice pick ups

Inside, it was the game CD, manual, a miniature of the peep-boy, and a book with original concepts. Fear Effect 2 is a killer game... Loved the first one, loved the second... It is challenging, really, and a... little bit (a lot more) hotter than the first one... And 1080 is awesome !
@MetalJesusRocks U can't let pass the super old (well not really 1989) games like: "sweet home" for the NES hard to find nowadays by CAPCOM, a major influence for RE. or "the texas chainsaw massacre" for the Attari 2600 (this was more like adventure game but it counts :-P) "system shock 2" for the PC ( I belive) well and many many many pieces of magik till "dead space 2" :-P
They really need to update the iOS Final Fantasy games for the iPad, I want the (still expensive) game to feel like something brand new and exciting! HOORAY, PIKACHU! for the GameBoy SP, you should play, Metroid Fusion, my first Metroid game was Metroid Prime (which I still love) for the GameCube and when I played Fusion, I thought it was AMAZING!
Dude no joke if you haven't played them yet you have to play Cosmic Avenger and Venture they are totally awesome games for their time. I played the heck out of them on my dads CV and to this day they are in my top 10 or they would be if I ever stopped to make one XD
