Yeah, there's always a "like"/👍 from me after watching each and every of your videos. A big thank you,Ken, for all your hard work. We are enjoying the fruits of your labour.
Thank you Ken, without your Video I wouldn’t know there is an excellent pasta stall in Penang Island with a reasonable/affordable price👍 It’s really good 😊
I have been to Malaysia once but some parts I liked it and some parts sorry but it bad people were not welcoming at all over all its a nice place for a week’s holiday that’s it,
Because of your video last time.. I brought my family there.. So agree... Sooooo delicous food there.. Had try few of the menu.. Alll soodelicous no doubt!!
“Not everyone can become a great artist, but a great artist can come from anywhere -Anton Ego (Ratatouille) Because of you Ken, everytime I visited Ferringhi/Penang, I will come to this shop to have my dinner. Not only the food taste ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS but the way the CHEF and their workers interaction with us are amazing together with the positive ambient surrounding these place are really happening especially after sunset. All these elements make a very wonderful memories especially for the outsider like us visiting Penang and Batu Ferringhi.
From the look of slicing the duck meat can tell that he is not an ordinary street food cook.. He must be a 5 stars hotel restaurant chef i think. Thank you so much Ken for introducing this food stall.. Ya.. Its really a 5 stars the 2 meals. So sedap.. Must try this once in Penang in future.
You know what makes people gravitate to watch you Ken? I think it's because you have an attitude of gratitude. You always highlight the best part of your experience though I'm sure you have encountered some unpleasant ones around Asia. As someone from Malaysia, even I would not shower compliments like you do to our local food. You make me see my own country from a fresh and positive perspective.
You probably helped his stall so much with your previous video! I remember it was in June 2020, during the height of the first covid wave and the first MCO, and I remember it was when he just started his business and then covid hit. It also went really viral and now he has his own area (instead of just a small stall on the street), has a new truck and printed billboards, and has salted egg pasta! I'm so happy to see that not only did he survive covid, it helped him thrive, and your video must've been a source of help for him. This is so personal for me because your previous video on this stall in 2020 was the first video from your channel that I saw, and my ex-partner was from Penang, and I remember being so surprised by how clean his stall was so I thought I would definitely go check this place out after covid. Now two years later, covid has gotten manageable, I came back from Malaysia just last week (didn't get to go to Penang unfortunately), and your channel has grown from like 10k - 20k (?) to almost 100k now. Congratulations! Looking forward to more videos on your channel for years to come 🎉 nb. you're becoming more Southeast Asian! Pasta, especially aglio e olio in Europe (at least as I've had it), is usually not very saucy so that people can focus on the noodles itself, whereas all my SEA friends love saucy pasta and would love to mix sauces. And look at you, mixing your mushroom soup into the already very saucy pasta!
A shout-out to you, Ken for promoting his street pasta to the world thru' your video in 2020 and again 2022. I'm pretty sure he's super proud of you. That's why he's giving you a treat this time. "Terima kasih" Saf Street Pasta Batu Ferringhi.
I really like the look of Saf Street Pasta. I will definitely try this when I'm visiting Pinang next. I've stayed in Pinang & Batu Ferringhi a few times. Hopefully I will visit Malaysia in early 2023 from Australia. 🇦🇺 🇲🇾
The owner of the restaurant cooked with passion, he really loves his job and know what he is doing... congratulations and may your business becoming more successful
Delicious food not necessarily must be from posh restaurants. It can be from any street food stalls. Just look at this street food stall highlighted by Ken in 2020. The stall looks very clean and the chef is an experienced ex hotel chef. Yeah, his motto is fabulous. " Street price, luxury taste" 👍👍👏 A huge thanks and kudos to you, Ken !!
Mr ken,,,Your good deed toward that Malaysian street food chef ,,paid off,,, became successful street food owner... Thanks a lot,,, Stay safe and stay happy 🇲🇾😁
Hi Ken. I think It's really a great honor for him to receive such a huge compliment and he obviously appreciated it to the point that he exclusively incorporated your yt channel to his stall...thats good bro😁! Anyway, take care n see you soon!
Nice of you to drop by and revisit an old place just like revisiting an old friend.....Yup, good to see a master of his own trade is doing pretty well now... Glad you enjoyed the food and nice gesture of the boss to give you a nice treat...... Stay safe and take care out there, mate.

You can tell that he's very grateful for your kindness in promoting his street food.. Our local government should've engaged him as a mentor for other budding street vendors..
I'm a Penangite but never knew about this place until I watched this. Am definitely gonna give it a try. Thanks a heap Ken & keep the awesome videos coming. After watching this video I have since visited this place twice & am intending to make a third trip next week. The food is simply awesome, portions are big with 'small' prices. Those of you visiting the area should give this place a try. Am sure you guys will not be disappointed. Thanks again Ken.
The pasta looks delicious. I was staying at the Shangri-la Golden Sands hotel last month. I did pass by this stall, didn't realize the food is tasty. I will try it when I am in Penang. 😊
Apart from the fact that the pasta is not freshly cooked, the ingredients and presentation he uses are the same as in a five-star restaurant; If it's really only three dollars, it's really cheap, it's worth recommending, thank you for sharing!👍😄👏 除了義大利麵不是現煮,他用的食材及擺盤都跟五星級餐廳一樣; 如果真的只有三美元那真的是很便宜,值得推薦,謝謝你的分享!
I'm happy you returned to this street food stall. He's obviously a talented chef and deserves the success growing his business. I can't wait to try the smoked duck pasta when I'm there again!

I remember your first vist to this stall, it is great that he has survived the pandemic lockdowns and has even expanded his business. Maybe your video helped a lot with that and he is very appreciative for that. Thay say you eat with your eyes and this food does look very attractive, - the Mayo for me though.
WAW! That is the most amazing and delicious looking street food that I ever seen. I don't remember when the last time I had a street food because I never seen one here in Houston, Texas. I miss all the yummy street food back home in M'sia. It's long overdue now for me to go home. Keep finger cross for 2023 of bringing my whole family home after almost 6 years.
1. Italian food at malaysian price. Great!!! 2. I'm waiting for moroccan food at malaysian price. Unfortunately hasn't arrive on our shores. 3. Tried swedish food at IKEA. No wonder there is so many swedes in Thailand.
Greetings Ken from 🏴 That meal looked amazing. Great idea to use the Mushroom soup as a sauce on the main meal 😋 Did you correct him on the spelling mistake?😀 What a great cook he was! Stay safe and well 🏴🏴🇲🇾
