Canned jalapenos are so good. We make a few large mason jars of them from our small garden over the course of the summer.
That’s great. Are they candied jalapeños(cowboy candy) or just regular jalapeños?

Regarding your comment on mustard seed in small containers, I highly recommend The Spice House for herbs and spices of all kinds (and cocoa, vanilla, etc)
They are world class and well priced.
The vanilla will be higher priced than grocery store vanilla but that is because of the quality.

Tip: there are 9 cups of sugar in a 4 pound sack, meaning that for a triple recipe add a whole 4 lb sack of white sugar and measure the remaining 3 cups needed. Not that a triple batch is always the case but it would be helpful to know when triple is the case.

You start with showing / telling recipe for 4 lbs then show tell for 12 lbs.
Someone's going to put 1 1/2 table spoons of Cayenne in their Recipe for 4lbs.

There are people that use Hot Jars & Hot Acidic Ingredients ,, they don't water bathed. After all, all you Need is for the for the Lid to seal.
Try it.. talk about a time saver.
FACT Bothulism cant live in SUGAR & if the Jar doesn't seal , don't store it.
You can also see, if it didn't seal by taking the rings off.. 6 - 12 hours later.
They could be stored without rings. In case it unseals in future , with a cap it will reseal.
Just another way, of canning.

We don’t store our jars with bands on. You aren’t supposed to. All of our canning is done using safe approved tested recipes and processes. I’ll update the description with a link to the recipe.
