Hello, i tried warming up my own smtp server on warmupinbox and i keep getting this error "Inboxes with SMTP port 25, 587, 2525 must have tls set to false." Please what can i do?

Try using ssl and not tls. Or you can chat their support for assistance.

Im using vps for sending emails but my server do not inbox hotmail and some domains is it normal what should i do to become inbox

Yes it is normal because it is new. You shouldn't warmup your ip first to build reputation.
