You can't just offer that to every brand, I mean not every brand can hit those numbers. How does that work? Could you elaborate?

Can you please tell me if sending any number of emails to people until they wish to opt out adheres to the CAN SPAM act and other policies and laws that are present. Will sending more and more emails while split testing to see which email script works , be considered as spam?

@@Cbwritescopy Oh that was for the guy with the German clients. I think it is common practice to send cold emails in Germany as well. But actually there is a law that forbids you to send emails without their consent (even B2B). However, if they have subscribed to your newsletter then it is a different story. They could potentially sue you, but I dont think anyone would bother suing someone because of one mail. We have a saying in Germany: "wo kein Kläger, da kein Richter" which would be roughly translated:
"Where there is no plaintiff, there is no judge." I just wanted to point out that there is such a law. It is probably good to keep that in mind but as I said it is common practice and I would not worry too much. :)
And how can one know for sure when the client has genuinely closed the deal resulting from the outreach efforts? What if the client lies about it and conceals the fact to avoid paying the commission fee? I don't appreciate this kind of offer because it is unfair to the outreach specialists. They should be compensated based on what they can directly control. The ability to close deals with clients or whatever happens after the meetings are booked should not be their responsibility as outreach professionals. I mean, if someone is desperate to acquire a few clients, then maybe it's acceptable. But there's no way this can be considered a solid business model, except for junior or entry-level agencies.
The outreach specialists are getting a chance to land their first client for free and get 12 weeks of consulting from us... not to mention the opportunity to make 40-50k per year working 10-20 hours per week. what isnt fair about that
As a business, sure I could lie about getting results. But then you think I could keep using the service? This deal sounds too good to be true, btu I'm open about it. Again, if I get results, I'll be glad to pay to keep those results coming in.

@@Cbwritescopy nice question to get me talking, I'm in sales too you know ;) The "don't pay till you get results" part. Now, after watching the thorough video, I understand it's about 750 of monthly fees for all the different moving parts, between 500-1000 commission per sale. Very well done video BTW. The process, what you do and don't do, the steps, the breakdown of the monthly costs is compete and easy to understand and agree upon, etc. The copy of the emails is top notch too and shows you understand sales.
So I've got zero issues after watching it, even more confidence in your ability to deliver, but it is 750 in monthly fees, and we have to sell a high ticket item unless we have enough funds to know we will recoup that later (I tend to lead with low cost "foot-in-the-door" services, and then upsell to more high ticket items to clients that now know us). Those monthly fees are very well explained, and anyone with experience will understand this.
It's just that it's obviously not "commission only" in that sense. But again, very well done video and you guys exude professionalism, and I certainly saved you for later when it fits my situation better.

And it is "commission-only" in the sense that you only pay your specialist a % of closed deals. Of course there's fixed costs to run the system, that's the case no matter what

Hitting B2B cold is not difficult a million people do it and it is very easy. What is extremely difficult is B2C cold, figure that out and you'll separate yourself from everyone else.

@@Cbwritescopy yes paid ads are a form of b2c cold outreach but i was referring to email. There are no laws surrounding spamming business emails and they are easier to inbox bc of the domain extensions and a much lower propensity to report spam. B2B can still be very good but imo b2c is the holy grail... you crack that and you're set.
