Hello all! First of all, thank you so much for watching the video. Hopefully it's helped you with your email journey. Second of all, I've been in contact with Instantly.ai to discuss the ongoing question of "Does this method still work after the new Google update?" I have copy/pasted their response below... Response: "This will not affect us, as we use the SMTP method to send emails via Google/GSuite, and not Google's API where they're introducing these new restrictions. A lot of people have been asking about how the Google Warmup situation affects Instantly. Instantly is not using Google's API and isn't affected by the new Google changes. Everything will continue working as it has been. From a cold emailers perspective though, it would be a smart move to diversify your email accounts. If you're currently only using Google emails, it would make sense to get some Zoho/Outlook accounts as well so you're protected against any bigger changes by one provider in the future." In short, yes this method still works :)
Hey there, thanks for the response. Fourteen days is the absolute minimum. Anything before 2 weeks of "warmup time" is not a good idea. If you'd like to warm up your account for one month, that's definitely not a bad idea. However, myself and my colleagues have never had any problems by warming up our accounts for 2 weeks. Hope that helped!
Great tech Guru, thanks for your explanation! I have a question, does email forwarding from an email to the intended warming email helps in the warmup process? What about newsletters subscription? Thank very much
Hi Jordan, awesome video! I'm still slightly confused on what type of emails are being sent during the 14 days. Are they emails that I need to generate or are they emails that the software generates and sends? Also, will I see any emails populate in my inbox or is everything done behind the scenes? Forgive me if these questions were previously asked.
You can see the emails in your inbox but you can hide them by entering the code from your warmup emails subject line in instantly's 'Warmup Filter Tag', this will keep sending behind the scenes without you seeing them.
Hey! Super great video straight to the point! I have a question regarding the 14 day warm up period, is that the period I can’t send any emails and have to wait or did I understand it wrong?
Hi Jordan great tutorial. I assume the email will only keep warming up when Instantly is open & also the email account in question? So is it ok if i log out of everything once set up?
Hi again Jordan........when i see the emails coming into my inboxes should i replied to them? I mean the email accounts that Instantly is sending to, should i physically reply to them? Thanks
Hey @jordan, quick question, does this only work for Gmail personal accounts? I was trying to put this in motion but some functions, like key passwords, are not available for the domain I got... which is a business domain.. Thanks
Is it correct that you only need to do this for NEW domains? I have domains I've been sending emails from, latest is over 3 months old... And interestingly, since I didn't know anything about this the oldest domain using Apollo, I was sending 200 emails from the get go XD And had no issues (around 2019-2020), and I've checked and both are fine (not blocked anywhere) I mean I haven't exactly been using them. And I'm not an agency that'll require hundreds of emails per day, but a copywriter looking for a FEW High-End clients to service. So, it's really difficult as I'm watching all these videos and courses, MOST focus on AGENCY stuff, and I'm trying to figure WHAT I could use for my needs XD Any ideas? That would be awesome, and sorry about the ESSAY lol
Hey there, yeah it may be too late for your domains unfortunately. Especially if you were sending around 200 right away. Almost a guarantee into landing in spam... If I were you, I would create some new domains and super chage them from the get go so you don't have to worry about landing in spam again! Go get em!
@@jordanwhite. Hey, my domains are fine :), spamhaus, mx toolbox, dns checkers etc all pass. My IP is the culprit, (poor), and since it's ISP related, I may have to look at getting a VPN

Looks great! But are you aware of PursueApp? It provides a powerful campaign planner to use in all my cold email campaigns. Even a non-tech person like me can use the tool easily. Incredible one!
after the 14 days this, can I start sending 20 e-mails per day or more than that? I didn't really understand that part. will it always be 20 e-mails max?
Hey there, thanks for your comment! Sorry for the confusion. To clarify, you'll be able to send 20 emails per day after the account/domain is warmed up. To send even more emails than that, you'll need to incorporate other domains into the account. Basically... One domain = 20 emails per day Five domains = 100 emails per day Ten domains = 200 emails per day Hope that helped!
@@raazgoswami1524 yes we can, that's what I do. For example I'll buy 15 domains and one extra account per domain with Google Workspace, so I'll then have 30 accounts to send emails from.
@@jordanwhite. When you said "incorporate other domains into the account", are you referring to the same email account (which uses aliases) or are you referring to multiple email accounts? Thanks....
Hey Calvin! Thanks for commenting. I personally don't think that would be smart because you would be adding twice the amount of emails being sent to a brand new email. Hope that helped!
It works! Let me know if you have any problems. It should take 14 days and make sure that you're not sending over 20 emails per domain once it's warmed up!
RIP indeed... The email has long since been dormant so anybody with keen eyes like yourself that catches this is more than welcome to steal my app code. My gift to you

My friend Jordan, fourteen days is enough to warmup my gmail???? Cause ,some people said that the perfect warmingup needs one month

Hi Jordan, thabk you for the info! I have a domain with 3 emails, do I need to warm all 3 or just one?
is two weeks of warmup enough? and after the warmup what is the suggested max numbers of emails per day?

How to warm up email from hostinger? make a video on it
Hey, can I send outreach email alongside with warm-up
If I was to do outreach for a long period of time. What amount of email would be safe to send per day
does this still work fine with all the recent issues with cold email being banned and stuff?
is this work now after the last google update??
Still works perfectly 👍
do you have to pay a separate google workspace fee for all domains?
hello, then after 14 days have passed, how many emails have you sent with a gmail account?
What about custom domains not in google
Very helpful thanks.
is there a way for the warm up emails to automatically get sent to trash? So it doesn't clog up the inbox
