@@ZunairaIjaz-xo3vp concerning websites I'm not sure. But following the steps he provided in this video it does work for email providers. Try doing these steps just for the email first then try integrating the new email with your website. Not sure if this helps.

thank you so much... i use hostinger and i needed some help of the support, cause im a noob and did not get what records needed to be deleted. BUT I MANAGED IT! and really, u helped so much.. ty
Thanks for this. Got it to work in the end. Was a bit more complicated using Dynadot, but each step I searched the dynadot help pages and got all the answers I needed. I had to do the DNS mapping in a different order (set up merged TXT/SPF with DKIM as a subdomain, then set the email settings), which took a few goes to work out. Kept getting an error message that I had already set up mail forwarding, so had to go back and remove that, then add the DNS settings, then go back and re-set the mail (MX) settings...
