Thanks RRDog! I'm glad it's motivational. Personally, I always get excited about covering every artist because each one brings something unique to the table. Their diverse styles and techniques demonstrate that there is no 'specific way' to draw, but rather a multitude of concepts that can elevate our work.
his journey as an artist and master is similar to that of Musashi in his own manga, truly admirable. Inoue-sensei is, in my opinion, one or the greatest mangaka ever
wow! i’ve been trying to study takehiko inoue’s art style lately and can’t really find any detailed stuff about it like this video! thank you very much 🥹 really glad i came across this video and your channel! instant sub!
This is going to be my journey of trying to learn how to do sumi similar to Inoue sensei Day 1: Just tried the ink brush using sumi ink for a few minutes really intimidating its hard to get consistent lines but I’ll keep trying Day 2: Just finished drawing my first portrait of Miyamoto, line art was by far one of the hardest part of handling the brush got shaky a few time and had uneven lines but so far it was a very soothing process and the end result of the portrait was very fulfilling Day 3: I drew an ink art inspired from Ghost of Tsushima but i tried doing less details and more of a flowy style of drawing so far what I’ve learnt is that you can use ink to make a lot of shades of grey in which you can make different elements pop out.
Just realised after seeing this video my artstyle is very similar to inoue senseii the way he uses realism and mainly the use of eye to show emotions ive always drawn like that even before i knew him,the video helped me so much thanks 😁
That's awesome to hear! I think most of us have an artist like this, when we see it, it just starts to click. (it doesn't have to be the whole style but just an element of it.)
@@GameArts1 yes the eyes prt and the realism in the face and hair of mine is identical. I'll never dare to say that I am even 10% of his skill but someday I dream to become atleast 50%

While I cant promise when, I'll add her to one of the Subscriber polls in due time. Thanks for the suggestion!

Thanks for the suggestion kajo, he's already on the list of artist which will be added to the 'subscribers choice' poll overtime.

@@Kuro_neko_OG That's a smart and healthy way of looking at it, each 10% step will get you closer, who knows!
